7 Things to do Good for Adrenaline Seekers in Poznan That You Shouldn't Miss

June 26, 2021 Renato Branum

Poznan was once the capital of Poland and is still the capital of the Wielkopolska region. Poznan lies midway between Berlin and Warsaw, which has helped make it an important town for centuries. Badly damaged in World War II, the city (especially its Old Town) has been beautifully restored. The huge Old Town Square (Stary Rynek) is one of Europe’s nicest, and is lined by fabulous historic attractions, restaurants and nightlife. The Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul is Poland’s oldest cathedral.

Hard times like these ones in which a pandemic changes everything and forces you to social isolation, they make you value and miss what was so common before and now you don't have it. Cuba Libre is one of those places that you definitely miss. It has its unique touch. Once you are inside you alienate yourself from your routine life. The music is always current and well hit. Even if you don't decide on a specific rhythm, you have the chance to move to the other room... Latin or International music, you are free to choose. Excellent bartenders service, even on the busiest days. And the quality of the drinks: Ex-qui-sit! You can't even complain about hygiene. Everything you consume and where you consume it is impeccably clean. Even the bathrooms have a cleaning staff who make sure to maintain constant hygiene. Security is super efficient. It is a place where you always feel safe and protected. Only if you are one of those who behaves like an irresponsible and ill-mannered drunk you will find all kinds of defects and make complaints about them. If you are of that type, save yourself the visit. Everyone else wants to enjoy. I look forward to everything returning to normal and being able to enjoy a night of partying in Cuba Libre as before. Only then, all this waiting time will have been worth it!

Amazing experience. You will be asked to remove your swimwear when you get into the sauna area. You need a towel and flip flops. Clean and well presented. Wrist fobs are used to enter, use for lockers, entering sauna, buying drinks in the sauna area. We bought 3 hours and it was about the right length of time. Really really cheap.
