Reviewed By 518beaverWe had a planned class trip here, but after being on the road for 7 hours we determined that we could not reach Tokyo by van. So we turned around and went to Ninja Japanese sushi house. That review will be done when the children are done learning how to make sushi rolls with the goldfish.

Reviewed By WeHeartHawaiiI used my Chase rewards app to book this hotel based on the proximity it was to Tokyo station since I had to take a Shinkansen up to Iiyama. Based on the reviews I made a booking and boy am I glad I did. You can't beat the location, it's literally right next door to Tokyo station North entrance. In fact the hotel practically connects to the station so you don't even have to get wet if it's raining. You are also on the closest side to the station as the Ramen Alley and a Starbucks so really, it was very convenient. Many things were within walking distance and of course via subway since the station is downstairs. We also dined at the restaurant: Dining & Bar TENQOO for the breakfast buffet. I love Japanese breakfast buffets because you don't really see anything like that back in the states. You get a mixture of both the Japanese traditional breakfast but they also include western offerings for foreigners. Lastly, I just want to throw in that they have a coin operated laundry room that you can do your overnight laundry at and a treadmill that was available for those short quick workouts. My wife and I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Reviewed By rcgolleherWe have never had such amazing customer service as we did at this hotel. We were greeted as soon as we entered the hotel and the staff immediately took our luggage to our room. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They would make us reservations in advance if we needed it, recommended great places to visit. I could go on and on at how amazing they made our experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Reviewed By kik38We opted for an apartment with a bathroom, these are highly recommended. The apartments has wardrobe space (a rarity in Japan) a fully fitted kitchen, small sitting area and a bathroom. the location is excellent for exploring, being situated within a short walk of 3 metro lines, and the JR mainline station. There are plenty of options for food nearby and in the station complexes, together with a convenience store on next to the entrance. The welcome night was a very nice touch, as was the breakfast. Our luggage hadn't made it with us, but the staff arranged for early check in so we could freshen up and also chased the luggage up for us.
