Reviewed By Familytraveller320We booked this hotel via the hotel website and were told the rooms were upgraded upon our arrival. The rooms were big and clean. I especially like the spring baths! This hotel has a total of 4 spring baths and open to male and female guests at alternatively. Moreover I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, which were good with sashimi at dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful - a particular point to note is one of them can speak in putonghua fluently. It helped a lot!

A very kind lady staff name 須賀, was extremely helpful during our stay. She tried her best to help guests dealings with problems and issues. Staffs of the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. They would ensure that we were assisted and helped at all times. We got a western-japanese style room that were spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic! 須賀, thank you for your assistance during our stay. Will definitely come back if we are in Nishiura again! :)

Reviewed By LunasolhkWe were doing a trip around the Ise Bay and Gamagori is our first stop. Not a lot of choice of hotels around this area. We pick this one because of the free parking, onsen available, and ocean view from room. We selected the traditional room because we like the experience of sleeping on the tatami. The overall experience is good. The breakfast was nice. Lots of families as it's summer time. The onsen is also good.

Ryokan 40 min from Nagoya
Reviewed By KEHCLThis Ryokan is a bit out of the way from Nagoya but there is a direct train from Kanayama station to Mikawa Miya station. Or you can change train at Gamagori. The hotel provides free shuttle between both stations and the hotel. As we didn't know what time we will be arriving, we didn't inform the hotel for a pick up. Luckily, as we exited the station my husband who can read Chinese, saw the words Shofuen on the bus. The spa was wonderful and very clean. Staff was friendly. An elderly staff came to our room before dinner to see whether we needed help wearing the Yukata and we did need her help! Advisable to order your meals from your hotel as there are no restaurants around. We were the only foreign tourists there at that time. No wifi in room but available in lobby

Reviewed By korbrasan駐車場もあるし、海の目の前、駅からも近い。 予約を入れてから何度か連絡もらっていたのですが、TELに出られないタイミングで、かつCall Back忘れてしまい、宿泊地に到着してしまった。 そこで初めて「バスタオルが無い」事が発覚。 これを伝えようとしてくれていたのでした。 ビジネスホテルというタイトルなのですが、気の良いおっちゃんがやっている、小さな海浜荘といった感じです。 風呂は共同（内鍵ありで、順番に使用する）のみ、部屋にシャワーなし。 遊びで行くならいいが、ビジネスで利用には向かないので、他をあたるか、豊橋に泊まるのがBetter
