Reviewed By SomeishereI don’t know if I see this place as a hotel with connection to a very nice resort with a lot of different pools or if it is a resort with connection to a very nice hotel. However, everything is nice here; the hotel, the room, the food and the resort area with a lot of pools for swimming or relaxing or what you want. One exception: No Internet connection in our room. It’s newly constructed and very modern but at the same time not so charming as old buildings can be. However, the area invites you to nice walks around the lake in Weißenstadt. We spent a couple of wonderful days here, bathing in pools, sunbathing, walking and eating and we will come back in the future!

A completely lovely kurhotel
Reviewed By SomeishereThis hotel is completely lovely. When we checked in the receptionist told us that we could have a three course lunch for only 7 euro. And a three course dinner for the same price. 7 euro? We thought that we misunderstood the price, but it was true! And the food served was very good! The breakfast was also very good. Our room was very nice and clean but no refrigerator nor safety box. The hotel has a nice indoor and outdoor pool and wonderful and kind staff. It is situated close to a beautiful lake and a healthy walk around it is about 5 km. It's so relaxing to sit at the bar with a wonderful view over the lake. Unfortunately Internet only at the reception area with 3 Mbit down and 7 up. To recommend? Absolutely! One of the best kurhotels (health-resort hotels) I have visited! To the hotel: Install wifi in all rooms and the stay will be perfect!

Reviewed By DonPauloRoom prices are reasonable, but for the same price you can have a tiny but warm room or a large cold room. Breakfast is average for the price. The hotel is quite rural, but suitable for hikers or those with business or social reasons for visiting the area. The biggest negative during our stay was the woman who seemed to be the owner. It was clear to us that we were in her way and were disrupting her plans for the day. If I wanted to be treated like this, I would have stayed in a Boy Scout Camp or a military training encampment.

So nicht!!!
Reviewed By Meister PBuchung lief noch problemlos. Aber schon beim Einchecken fing es an!!! Bei der Ankunft war keiner da und man musste klingeln. Noch ok. Geöffnet (nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit) wurde dann von einer Dame, die der deutschen Sprache nur sehr bedingt mächtig war. Fragen „Wann muss ich das Zimmer am Sonntag räumen?“ oder „Von wann bis wann gibt es Frühstück?“ konnten nur mit Händen und Füßen geklärt werden. Im Zimmer ging es weiter. Haare, Lang und schwarz, im Waschbecken, in der Dusche und im Bett. Im Zimmer sehr laut. Irgendwo unterhalb ging mehrmals nachts eine Lüftung an. Beschweren?! Fehlanzeige. An der Rezeption war nie eine Person zu finden. Frühstück: 3 Aufbackbrötchen (zumindest dem Anschein nach), 2 halbe Scheiben Wurst und ein (totgekocktes) weiches (steinhartes) Ei. Aus diesem Grund habe ich die restlichen Tage auf ein Frühstück verzichtet. Dies teilte ich der Dame vom ersten Tag mit. Was, man kann es sich denken, aufgrund der Sprachkenntnisse wieder nur schwer möglich war. Dann kam die Abreise. Bei der Bezahlung wollte die bereits gut bekannte Dame vom ersten Tag das Geld entgegennehmen. Der zu zahlende Betrag wurde mir auf einem kleinen weißen Zettel mitgeteilt. Rechnung wurde mir keine gegeben. Da ich aber auf eine Quittung bestand, versuchte die Dame mehrmals jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen. Da dies nicht klappte, holte die Dame noch eine zweite Dame (mit gleichen Sprachkenntnissen) hinzu. Beide zusammen versuchten dann mir eine Rechnung am PC auszustellen, was aufgrund mangelnder (nicht vorhandener) EDV-Kenntnisse gänzlich missglückte. Zum Schluss füllte ich meine Rechnung (Briefkopf, der Rest war bereits befüllt) am PC selber aus!!!!! Und, da ich schon dabei war, durfte ich diese auch noch selbst ausdrucken, da dies die beiden Damen nicht konnten. Beim Prüfen der Rechnung fiel dann auf, dass mir für den gesamten Aufenthalt ein Frühstück berechnet worden ist. Wie wir uns erinnern, hatte ich dieses ja ab dem zweiten Tag abbestellt. Bei dem Versuch, dies mit der Dame vom ersten Tag zu klären, waren wir recht schnell wieder bei dem Verständigungsproblem angekommen. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn. Da ich nach Hause wollte, habe ich den Betrag bezahlt und mich dafür entschieden, dass mich dieses Hotel nie wiedersieht. Ich kann, aus meiner Sicht, keine der positiven Bewertungen nachvollziehen. Und für jeden der einen Gastbetrieb eröffnen möchte, noch ein kleiner Tipp. Stellt Personen ein, mit denen man sich nicht verständigen kann!!! Dann gibt der genervte Gast schon irgendwann auf, bezahlt und geht.

Nie wieder
Reviewed By ischuzSchmutzige und ungepflegte Ferienwohnung. Für uns keine Option in der Zukunft. Leider hatten wir auf die kritischen Google Bewertungen nicht gehört. Im Gästehaus wohnen auch Menschen zur Miete und Reinigung/Zustand ist mangelhaft.
