Reviewed By Majid APros: The hotel was spotless and modern. The receptionists did their job in the best way. Sarah was very helpful, and she could speak Farsi and English very well. Meanwhile, Hassan was supportive, and he helped us rent a car to go to Baghdad and visit sights on the road. The every half-hour shuttle service to Haram was another excellent hotel facility. Breakfast was good with a good combination of cold and warm foods, including Foul Mudammas. The bedsheets were shiny. The Shower was excellent, and they provided a complete variety of toiletries. Cons: -I got four different prices in four different ways—the price of a hotel on booking.com was different from the hotel website, and both were different from what I got through a chat with an agent. I had a bad feeling regarding this issue. -I needed a converter for an electrical outlet. They told me they would send it to the room, but they did not! -The room was cold even when we had switched off the air conditioning.

An Excellent Hotel
Reviewed By Rami YThis is a perfect-hotel. The staff in the reception speak good English, the lobby is well decorated and next to it is a garden where one can walk around, have tea or coffee and rest. (Alcoholic drinks are not served in Iraq.) The rooms are clean with functioning AC and plumbing. It is easy to walk around surrounding streets. Breakfast is well-served with copious amount of various Iraqi cheeses, jams and honey. and always the ubiquitous lentil soups and fresh bread.
