As you drive through the windy roads up the Hantana hills one can see the ethereal glistening of small city lights filling the night sky. An undoubtedly magical entrance to this boutique hotel. The food is divine and prepared with the utmost devotion and attention to detail. The Chef and his team have really been able to bring world-class food to this remote location.

Reviewed By Noaha LTheva Residency was absolutely stunning, the views were breath taking, the food was top notch and the service was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable, and as it was our first time in Sri Lanka they were very generous in giving advice and recommendations. 5 stars all day long I would definitely recommend the Theva Residency if you plan on visiting Kandy or nearby cities.

Reviewed By salemnobodyI stayed at THEIR (Tours Lanka) hotel @ 360 Beach Residence 2019 No. 113/1/1, Archbishop Nicolas Marcus Mw, Negombo, Sri Lanka (It's right on Lewis Place) Since I was canceled at HGI, they (HGI) took me close by; right down the street. IT IS ON THE MAIN ROAD! (NOISY! With tissue crammed in my ears) They provide; separate kitchen with open to mosquitoes?, a small refrigerator with badly working freezer, bathroom has 1-2 towels, tissue, soap & the room has tiny desk/too tall chair to fit desk, flat-screen TV, lockable closet with YOUR own lock & chain, water & breakfast is thrown in; eggs, toast/butter & jam &fruit. The TV has over 100 channels BUT only 6 are in English; CNN, Ten-sports, NHK, Channel News Asia, Bloomberg, ABC-Australia. IF you OPEN either the bathroom or kitchen door possible mosquitoes enter? DUH! The owner is VERY, VERY, VERY busy. He is friendly BUT too not answerable. I'll never stay here again.

Nice quiet place!
Reviewed By 133leannewWe stayed here for 2 nights and it was lovely. It’s a 15 minute ride with the tuk tuk from te centre but the owner can always arange a tuk tuk. The room was very clean and the host was nice. If you want to get some rest from a day in the busy city Kandy we would defenitly reccomend this place! If you have some spare money left visit Theva cuisine for lunch or dinner it’s l luxurious and the staff is really friendly.
