Great hotel, service needs some improvement
Reviewed By UKtraveler32This is a nice concept hotel for adults (although we saw a toddler here). Very relaxing by the pool and nice spa. The room (suite) was excellent especially the jacuzzi and sauna in the room. Facilities very good including the shared lounge with cakes all the time swimming pool and deck area. Service was not to the standard of the hotel, apart from the manager, the staff somewhat clueless and looked bored. Breakfast was basic and ok but very expensive for what it was rest of food basic, could have been far better. Music was far too loud almost club like each time someone asked to turn it down they turned it back up again after a short while. This is not a club it’s a chilled spa weekend, manager should take note of the age of its guests. We would come again perhaps during the week too, but if only the service and food met the hotel facilities and comfort, it would be a far better stay. Only 20 rooms so super cosy Late night dips were lovely and nice to order in or go out for dinner. No food on site.

Reviewed By sola123The hotel is part of an office hotel complex, right across the street from the Rehovot train station and very convenient to the high tech business park a block away. As well there is grocery, banking and pharmacy in the complex. Parking is underground connected to the hotel. But if you want to walk in town it is a hike across a bridge and down a bit to the main drag. You need a car or use the train to get around. The staff are very helpful and hospitable, and when we encountered problems with room functions, like the heat in the room not working and the safe locked, they came quickly to try to fix things. Staff we encountered were all top notch. Food at breakfast and in the lounge was generous and fresh. A couple of things did not go well which is why the rating; 1. When our room heat didn't work and we had to change rooms, some personal belongings went missing in the course of the move. We asked three times to check for them and were told each time they would be back to us, but no one followed up. 2. There is little service in the restaurant, and you are on your own to find clean forks, knives, napkins, cofee cups when they clear tables and don't reset them. 3. Security is limited. We had strangers and kids knocking at our door who had come up the elevator unchallenged. The same elevator serves the offices in the building. 4. Lighting in the washrooms is very dim. They may call it ambiance, but its dark.

Not nice owner , You have to argue about the price
Reviewed By oded fThe owner behave there is not nice and not Legal. I keep shabbat, so I agreed in advance with the owner about the price of 600 shekels till Saturday evening. After I came short time before shabbat, the owner ask 600 cash now or 700 with credit card. And if I’ll not do it I had to leave. To find another place in short time before Shabat was impossible. She knew it and used it. So instead of start nice and pease Shabat I had to argue. Sorry this “small” episode distorted my feeling for all shabbat. My advice ; Until she will not change her attitude to guest, don’t go there. Note : The contact man there was nice and try to help.
