Reviewed By 799anistThe room was very clean and the facilities are functioning very well including the indoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The staff are very friendly. According to the price it was a great experience, we stayed in a standard room withour a balcony however we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewed By solangeabzHonestly not what expected. The pool is nice. But the rooms are rooms, insects in the bungalow. The water smells like metal and at night we had the electricity out and starting calling them no answer until we went down and I found a guy after half an hour and asked him to turn it on for us. So not recommended at all.

From the room service that isn’t provided even when asked multiple times, to the direction that at the first told us a price and at the end of our trip forced us to pay double the amount because of a “misunderstanding” even though we are paying fresh dollar. The pool is dirty, floors are always wet and many other problems. Would not recommend.

Decent and Pleasant Stay
Reviewed By WalidabdoWithout previous planning we decided to go and spend two nights at Ehden. We contacted several hotels the only friendly voice at reservation was the Serail Hotel. They were very helpful in setting my family of 2 children and offered us several choices for room type. My wife and children were very pleased with the amicable service of owner and staff member. Being our second visit to the region, we were assisted in visiting many nature friendly places. Long story short, if you ever decide to spend time in Ehden and need accommodation, Serail Hotel is the place to be.
