Свежий ремонт, хорошая новая мебель, все необходимое в номере имеется: плазменный телевизор, кондиционер, удобные кровати, тумбы, шкаф, стол и стулья. Если окна выходят на дорогу, будьте готовы, что шум с улицы будет и днём и ночью, это основная трасса. Ресторана в отеле нет, но имеется небольшая кухня с холодильником, чайником и необходимой посудой. Хоть отель и находится не на самой живописной улице - кафе, магазины и остановка общественного транспорта в пешей доступности. В целом все небольшие недостатки растворяются в гостеприимстве хозяина Зураба.

Hotel started functioning on April 25, 2016, the hotel has 50 rooms, 1 apartment -350 GEL, 9 lux rooms 150-200 GEL and 40 standards (20 units of single rooms 100-80 GEL, 20 units of double rooms 120 GEL). Also conference hall, bar and restaurant for 50 persons. Unique views - the Black Sea coast Maltakva line, Kokheti national forest park, lake Paliastomi attracts any hotel guests.
Somehow unfinished hotel with a good staff
Reviewed By Malgorzata RWe didn't plan to stay at this hotel so we didn't know what to expect. We were nicely surprised by large comfortable beds and multi-channel tv. We also liked the lift, especially that the restaurant was on 7th floor, from where you could see the edge of Black sea and Paliastomi lake. We had impression that many elements have been missing or unfinished in rooms, corridors, terraces. Also English version of menu was not accurate or complete, however the food was good or very good. We were lucky to meet Thea at the reception who helped us to go through all the inconveniences.

MOST CONVENIENT HOTEL WHEN ON PORT BUSINESS
Reviewed By kelvinwilliama2014The hotel is showing its age now but still has a lot to offer. Have spent many jovial evenings in the Bar and the Restaurant for dinner is good by local standards. Good views of the Port are available in the Upstairs rooms and it is a mere 3 minutes walk to the Poti Sea Port HQ. If you want an alternative drinking hole the I recommend the Wine House just over the road. Other better hotels are within 30 minutes driving distance of the Port.

Reviewed By EvgeniaStefiНет горячей воды. Почти не убираются в комнатах. Поломанный душ и кондиционер( пульт он игнорирует включается сам ночью, выключается второй из сети ). Диван и диванные подушки в номере все в пятнах ( хотя чехлы очень легко снимаются и стараются). Навязчивые некоторые администраторы. На общей кузне все полки заставлены пустыми бутылками от алкоголя которые прекрасно собирают пыль. В двухместном номере одно маленькое полотенце. Скрипучие двери. В последний день потребовали в другую комнату вентилятор. Ни шампуня, ни мыла не было. Из плюсов. Наличие кухни с холодильником, посудой и газовой плитой. Удобное местоположение, рядом неплохой рынок. Бесперебойный вайфай. На этом плюсы кончились.
