Reviewed By Christiane HDas Haus Sonnenträumer ist alles andere als Standard. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Vom großzügigen, hellen und freundlichen Eingangsbereich gelangt man in den großen, wunderschönen, modernen und gemütlichen Wohn-, Eßbereich mit offener Küche. Ein Eßtisch für 6 Personen, die gemütliche Ledercouch-Garnitur,ein Bio-Ethanol-Kamin, großer Flatscreen, DVD-Player mit viele DVDs, Playstation + Spiele für Groß und Klein, sowie DAB+ Radio sorgen dafür, daß für jeden die richtige Unterhaltung da ist. Die moderne Küche läßt wirklich nichts vermissen: Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Padmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd + Kochfeld, große Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Geschirr und Besteck für 12 Personen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Backformen... Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über eine Treppe ins Untergeschoß, wo ein Schrank mit jeder Menge Büchern, DVDs und PS Spielen, sowie zwei Relaxsessel mit Hocker zur Verfügung steht. Von Hieraus gelangt man in den kleinen Garten mit Terrasse und Kettler Terrassenstühlen + Tisch. Die Terrasse befindet sich in westlicher Richtung, sodaß dort den ganzen Nachmittag die Sonne zu genießen ist. Ein fester Holzkohlegrill verfollständigt den Garten. Vom Erdgeschoß führt eine weitere Treppe ins OG, wo sich die drei Schlafzimmer und ein zweites Bad befinden (das andere Bad mit Dusche ist übrigens im Erdgeschoß). Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten, Nachttischen und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, die anderen Zwei mit Doppelbett (180 x 200), Kleiderschrank, Nachttischen, sowie Flatscreen mit DVD-Player. Im Bad befindet sich neben Toilette und Waschtisch eine bodentiefe Dusche und eine geräumige Sauna. Das gesamte Haus bezitzt eine Fußbodenheizung und eine kontrollierte Wohnraumlüftung, sowie elektrische Rolläden. Ach, im Keller ist eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner zur kostenfreien Nutzung. Wir haben uns hier einfach nur wohl gefühlt, es fehlt einem an nichts. Einfach Klasse - wir kommen wieder!

Far away from city trouble and in the middle of nature, the Hof Kracht offers you a calm and recreative atmosphere. Enjoy your holiday in one of our appartments next to the baltic see cost in the north of Ruegen. Hof Kracht lays at the end of a residential street, from where you have a wonderful view over to the light houses of Kap Arkona. The farmhouse has a large garden where you can find a beach chair and a garden pavilion with sea view. Various seating corners invite you to read, sunbath or just hang around...The terraces are ideal to relax and enjoy the view. A parking place at the house is reserved for you. There is also a bike shelter for any bikes you may wish to bring along. However touring bikes are available to rent from us.

Reviewed By EtaCarinae82Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnungen, die nett ausgestattet und sehr sauber sind. Es ist auch bei voller Belegung erstaunlich ruhig, was natürlich auch durch die einsame Lage am Meer begünstigt wird. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings ist ein eigenes Auto von großem Vorteil. Buchung, Übergabe usw. haben problemlos geklappt. Eine schöne Unterkunft auf Rügen, die ihr Geld definitiv wert ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das WLAN funktioniert alles andere als zuverlässig.

Reviewed By SoSchiVNDirekt an der Promenade des aus unserer Sicht schönsten Ostseebades Binz liegt die hübsche historische Villa - sehr schön restauriert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wobei auf Nachhaltigkeit der Möbel geachtet worden ist. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, das Highlight ist aber der direkte Meerblick von (in unserem Fall/Appartement 10) gleich drei Balkonen vor Wohn- und Schlafzimmer - Seebrücke Binz rechts, Kreidefelsen links. Da die Bäume an diesem Abschnitt der Promenade noch nicht so hoch sind, lässt sich so auch bei Regen und Sturm der Blick auf die See vom Sofa aus genießen! Bei gutem Wetter kommt man durch das Gartentor direkt an den langen Sandstrand. Die Fußgängerzone im Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Angesichts dieser Lage und Ausstattung sind die Preise der Appartements völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The incredibly peaceful surroundings complete with birds chirping and, at night, wolves howling in the far distance, is a great place to stay and relax. For those that golf, it is near the acclaimed Winston links course near Schwerin. Each guest room is decorated and laid out differently. This makes each room special and maximizes use of the original mansion. The trails through and around the surrounding forest are great for long walk or hike to appreciate the natural beauty of the Mecklenburg area. The service was top notch.

Reviewed By Iannyc1980Lets start with the location is awesome if you want to explore this gorgeous island from all different angles whether you love the outdoors, fine dining, shopping and more. Himmelreich is a boutique type hotel with all types of amenities and lovely outdoor space. Worth noting the place was absolutely immaculately clean (an important factor now at days). There was a very nice upscale yet reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel along with an awesome spa and gift shop that had quite a unique feel to it. The owners of the hotel and staff were such nice people and made us feel right at home with great recommendations of what to do and where to go and in general a way above average level of hospitality. It also happened to be my 40th birthday and they were so kind and did something really special for my birthday making it one of the best birthdays I had in years. To conclude, if you are looking for a lovely, clean place to get away that is reasonably priced yet still a special place I would say Himmelreich is the best option for you!

Reviewed By Pontus SEven if we only stayed for one night since we where going further south these guys are absolutely fantastic. At check in the owner gave me a beer just because I was Swedish. Enough for an explanation for him. We left early the morning after and forgot our daughters teddy bear. They then went the extra mile and posted it to our next destination. Not just that, they did follow up several times to make sure that it had arrived safely. Highly recommended and we will stay here again on upcoming Euro trips.

Die Villa Amelie bietet 2 gemütliche und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen, die kombiniert auch für einen entspannten Urlaub der Großfamilie mit bis zu 6 Personen geeignet sind. Von dem absolut ruhig gelegenen Standort auf dem Binzer Sonnenhügel"chen" Klünderberg benötigen Sie zum Ortszentrum mit Restaurants, Bars und Cafes und zum herrlich feinsandigen Binzer Strand nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg (15 Minuten mit Kindern auf der Schulter... ;o) Abends können Sie fernab vom Jubel und Trubel der Urlaubsmetropole Binz den Tag in der Abendsonne Ihrer Terrasse ausklingen und die Tageserlebnisse Revue passieren lassen... idealerweise bei einem leckeren Glas "Riesling Villa Amelie" vom eigenen Weinberg. Trotz der ruhigen Lage sind die im Sommer oft turbulenten "Urlauberecken" schnell zu Fuß, per Fahrrad oder per Bäderbahn, die in ca. 150 Meter Entfernung Ihren Haltepunkt hat, erreichbar.
