The Lakeview Villas is the joint venture Company between Saigontourist & Taiwanese Co. We run two kinds of business : Golfing which is famous under the name “Golf Thu Duc” and the other is villa compound for rent long term and short term. The Lakeview Villas features 113 villas, all are designed in European & modern style, the built-up area from 183 m2 to 625 m2 with private gardens. This is a space for all guests who need spacious, peaceful, ecological environment…. The Lakeview Villas have two swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, a Gymnasium , Sauna & Steam bath rooms, Children playground in & out doors, ping pong , football playground, mini mart, a restaurant… Especially, The Lakeview villas is located right next to Marguerite Duras Int’l School, very fantastically convenient, the school gate is in our villa area, very safe for our children, no worry about traffic. Furthermore, we provide shuttle bus and school bus (IS, BIS, AIS…school) to downtown center ( 6 shuttle bus/ daily).
Fantastic villa in a calm and beautiful location.
Reviewed By Shanil BThe distance from the airport to this property scared me at the beginning but then the awesome golf course and the lake views from the villa soothed me. I did not care anymore that this place was 45 mins away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villa had full French windows on the ground floor for an unrestricted view of the private back garden and the lake beyond. The hall was spacious and comfortable and had a separate dining area. The kitchen was fully equipped but did not have any cooking pots or pans. That was a real let down. The garden outside has a small seating area with a foldable umbrella in case it gets too hot. We were lucky that the weather was perfect during our stay with short spells of rain only. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs which are tastefully done with minimum fuss. The toilets are clean and tidy. The restaurant delivers to the villa till 7 PM only. The food is average and not economical either. It is better to use the food delivery app like vietnammm.com for more delivery options. This is one place you can relax and have a nice time at the course.

Das Homestay ist super gepflegt, sauber und liegt inmitten von unzähligen kleinen Gassen in denen alles angeboten wird was das Herz begehrt. Sogar ein Markt ist um die Ecke. Linh war eine super Gastgeberin und hat uns die Stadt von ihrer schönsten Seite gezeigt. Wir hatten geniales Streetfood und haben eine ganz private Bootstour auf dem Saigonriver gemacht. Einfach klasse. Linh hilft immer gerne aus, übersetzt und kann eigentlich alles organisieren was man sich vorstellt. Wer Saigon von der "localsite" sehen will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Aber auch Touren für die Sehenswürdigkeiten können ohne Probleme organisiert werden. PS: der Kaffee und die Suppe nebenan sind der Hammer ;) Vielen Dank für alles

Super freundliches Homestay
Reviewed By Connector762161Wir waren 4 Nächte hier zu Gast und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Familie ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Unser Zimmer mit einem eigenen dazugehörigen Bad und Balkon, war sehr sauber und hatte alles da, was man braucht (sogar eine Klimanlage). Einzig die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, daher ist es in der Nacht auch relativ ruhig. Um zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen, haben wir uns immer ein Grab bestellt, das ging super schnell. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier! Vielen Dank!
