The building is an old house of Varna dated in 1930, which was restored completely. The hotel is located in the downtown of Varna, directly on the seashore, near to the rail station, opera and maritime garden. In the summer the guests can enjoy the breakfast on the terrace with sea view.

Reviewed By AchilinaSNice place. The hotel it’s clean and has a great location, just across the street from the beach. Room was ok, bathroom was also ok-ish. One big minus: noise. The beach clubs are near the hotel so don’t expect a silent stay. Parking was a bit of a downside. Breakfast was fine (10 leva/person/day).

Reviewed By MARIJANO MWe spent 7 days and we were not satisfied with this hotel. The staff were very rude, every time when we needed some information they were so uncooperative and they spoke minimal english. Room was clean but they changed tovels every fourth day so this was not acceptable for us. Also, they were very cheap on toilet paper and soaps. Food was edible, nothing special, to much spices. We wanted to use gym but they said we have to pay and then we gave up on a gym cause we thougth we are already your customers and why would we need to pay even more!!?? The same was with the safe. So, we would not reccomend this hotel, you can do better, and closer to the Golden Sands cause this hotel is 2.5 km away from the main centar.

The worst hotel in the world
Reviewed By whiterivertThe location is awful. The servise is awful. In pool you are allowed to swim only from 9 to 6 p.m. The owner is very rude. Towels change once in four days. You are allowed to eat only in the inside of the room. No service no comfort.

this is AWFUL!
Reviewed By syonzukuso, my rooms was on the first floor. the air conditioner is broken. there is fungus in the fridge. walls are cracked in some place and dirty. my lamp is just broken! chair is dirty too. no mosquito nets. EVEN THE BEDSHEETS DON'T FIT. but there is a bathroom and it's just beautiful by itself: there is a spider who just doesn't give a damn about you, ants who creep out of under the toilet in the morning, fungus on the ceiling. the sink doesn't even work properly, because it's just bad installed. all the water goes on the body of the sink, not into it. and you think that the rooms are sound-proof? dream of it. you can hear every step, every word. even every breath of someone who lives the floor higher. I won't NEVER go here again. that's the worst hostel I've ever seen, even if it was meant to stay here for one night.

Belle vue et bel accueil
Reviewed By Emilie BNous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel à Varna. L'accueil de Victor et sa femme furent très cordiaux. L'anglais n'est pas leur fort (mais nous non plus) mais nous avons réussi à nous comprendre. La vue est splendide et la piscine très agréable le soir. Petit hôtel donc très paisible. Nous avons mangé tous les soirs à l'hôtel où la cuisinière concoctait de bons plats maisons et bulgares avec un bon vin rouge local. Les prix sont vraiment bas et le cadre est magnifique sur la terrasse. Petit bémol pour l'emplacement pour ceux qui n'aiment pas marcher, il faut grimper une énorme côte pour arriver à l'hôtel (ce qui permet d'éliminer les street food du Midi pris en ville). Pour notre part nous avons trouvé une petite plage en bas de la pente très peu fréquentée, sauvage, ombragée et beaucoup plus jolie que les plages prisées des touristes. Un petit clin d'œil à Peter qui s'occupe des travaux quotidiens de l'hôtel qui nous a appelé un taxi pour l'aéroport et fort sympathique avec de l'humour. Nous recommandons l'hôtel mais prenez de bonnes chaussures pour la côte ??
