Good value for money
Reviewed By svc769We came for one night. We had some issues to making reservation but after it worked we arrived to the place. In general it is clean but for us, the room was little bit smaller and especially the bath room. Beside that, the staff was nice, the furniture can get better and maybe eve n to improve the bath accessories. I can't say I won't come back because it worth the money you pay for it.

However, as a storm, cold and rain was announced Gili offered us without asking to cancel this reservation and moreover he organized an alternative accommodation. So sorry that we could not enjoy the great view and hospitality but would definitely come back once the weather allows.

Great Stay - Worth the price
Reviewed By Yigal LThe "White Hill Guesthouse" (so-named because it's across the street from the ancient "tell" (artificial mound) of ancient Yeruham), is a three-story semi-detached house, that is set up as a guesthouse. The ground floor features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom. The second floor has three more bedrooms, one with bunk beds as well as a double bed, and the third floor has about 8 more beds, The front yard is set up with lounge chairs and a barbeque, and there's a small pool in the back. We were there for 2 nights, with our family of four couples and two younger kids, so we reserved the entire place. The owner/operator, Avishai, who does not live on site, welcomed us, gave us advise on places to visit in the area, and came in the mornings to prepare breakfast. In all, it was a wonderful visit!

There is swimming pool on a ground floor and amazing view to the Jordan mountains and the city from the rooftop. Fully equipted kitchen. Walking distance to the center and beach (10-15min). We can recomend it

Reviewed By Dreamer621136הגענו , מספר משפחות , לקיבוץ בעקבות ההמלצות שכתובות כאן . החופשה התחילה בכך שלוז התכניות הגיע יומיים לפני האירוח למרות שהובטח שיגיע שבוע קודם . ( היה צורך בלוז כדי שנתזמן את הפעילויות בסביבה בהתאם לפעילויות של הקיבוץ וזמני הארוחות ) עקב כך , יום לפני הארוח , צלצלתי לבקש שביום סיור העששיות בתמנע יקדימו את ארוחת הערב לשש וחצי. בטעות , הטלפון נשאר פתוח ושמעתי את אחת העובדות בהזמנות , מכנה אותי קרצי , ״ הקרצי הזו מבקשת שנקדים את הארוחה ״ . שילמנו עשרות אלפי שקלים לחופשה , וכינו אותי בכינוי גנאי עוד לפני שהגעתי . בערב , צילצלה העובדת שכינתה אותי קרצי מטלפון חסוי וטענה שאמרה שכינתה את אחותה כך . אבל ממה שאני שמעתי , ראה לעיל ציטוט , היא שיקרה בלי בושה , אבל אמרתי לה שסלחתי. בסופו של דבר , הסתבר שעוד משפחות ביקשו להקדים את הארוחה מאותה סיבה , ולכן אישרו זאת . נכון שהמקום נעים וממש נוח למשפחות עם ילדים אך החדרים בסיסיים ביותר ולדעתי , אין הלימה בין התשלום ששילמנו לאופי החדרים .הריהוט ישן והמיטות של הילדים חורקות בכל תזוזה . אין רשתות בכל החלונות נגד יתושים . במיקלחת אין אפילו מתקן לשים ספוג רחצה , אין מדף לתיק הרחצה, ולעיתים ,מספר המגבות לא מתאים למספר האנשים בחדר . בעניין הארוחות : הארוחה בערב הראשון היתה מתחת לכל ביקורת עד כדי כך שחלק מהמבוגרים סרבו להישאר שם . בערב שבת וערב שבועות היה טוב . ארוחות הבוקר היו סבירות אבל אם המנות בעמדה מסוימת נגמר, אין עוד לאנשים שבאים בסבב שני !!! מקפלים את העמדות !!! בנוסף לכך, הבחנתי גם במיחזור של מנות מארוחה לארוחה . .ביום שישי בבוקר מתבצעת מכירת אוכל לתושבי המקום בחדר האוכל , בזמן ארוחת הבוקר, עובדה שמאוד הפריעה לי ! בעיני זה זילזול באורחים ! עוד לפני שנכנסנו לאכול ארוחת בוקר , בכניסה , הציעו לי לקנות אוכל לצהריים . הזוי ! לא מנקים כפי שצריך את החדרים . עושים טובה ! אומרים שמותר להביא כלב , אבל בחדר שיש כלב , והאורחים לא נמצאים , הם לא מנקים ! משאירים מגבות בחוץ ! ולא מעניין אותם שיש ילדים בחדר, והחדר זקוק לנקיון . ( אפשר לתאם ניקיון עם משפחה שיש לה כלב אבל זה לא נעשה ) יש לציין , שהבריכה נהדרת , הפעילות המוסיקלית בקבלת שבת היתה נעימה , והפעילות בשבועות לילדים היתה בסדר אך החדרים שלנו נשארו מלוכלכים כי עובדות הניקיון הפעילו תחנות בפעילות. לדעתי , האירגון לוקה בחסר ! ואין תאום בין כל הגורמים שהיה קצת משפר את השרות לאורחים . אומרים שאלוהים נמצא בפרטים הקטנים . תחשבו על זה ואני מקווה שהאורחים הבאים יהנו ויקבלו שירות טוב יותר . בכל אופן , נהנינו מאוד מהקרבה לאילת , מריף הדולפינים , מסיור העששיות , מהבריכה , וטיול הג׳יפים בהרי אילת . מאחלים לכם בריאות טובה והצלחה . אנחנו לא נחזור לקיבוץ אילות .

Reviewed By Bul67הגענו ללילה אחד, וגילינו להפתעתנו חדרון קטן, מצוייד באופן בסיסי מינוס, הנותן תחושה של שינה ב״הול״, מבואת הבית. במחיר של חמש מאות שקל ללילה הייתי מצפה למצוא מיטה ולא ספה נפתחת, נוחה ככל שתהיה, הייתי מצפה שימתין לי בקבוק מים ולא מוצא את עצמי שותה את כוס המים הראשונה שלי בכוס חד פעמית מהברז באמבטיה. אין מכונת קפה אלא קפה פשוט ביותר ללא כל כיבוד. כאמור, זה לא צימר. מדובר ביחידת שינה קטנה ובסיסית, עם ספה נפתחת (נוחה לשינה), מקלחת ומקרר קטן שגם מרעיש ולכן רוב הזמן היה מנותק ובו קרטון חלב בלבד. אין טלוויזיה, למי שזה חשוב (בכל זאת, כשאתה בחופש לפעמים בא לך לבהות במסך). לא היינו בסוויטה, אז אין לנו יכולת לתת עליה חוות דעת, אבל מי שמזמין את החדר הקטן (שמכונה באתר טווין) שידע שמדובר ביחידה קטנה ביותר, בסיסית מינוס. זה לא מקום לחופשה או לנופש. זוג לא יזכה למרחב כלשהו. נכון שהכל כתוב באותיות הקטנות ובתיאור החדר - אבל, וזה אבל גדול - התמונה באתר מטעה, שכן היא תמונה של הסוויטה. החדר שתקבלו זה לא מה שמצולם ויש פער אדיר בין הסוויטה לחדרון. החדרון מתאים למי שמטייל במדבר וצריך מקום נקי ונוח לישון בלילה, אבל שוב - זה לא מקום להתפנק בחופשה. התאכזבנו מאד, פעם ראשונה שאני חווה לצערי את הפער שבין האופן שבו מציגים מקום לבין המציאות בשטח והמחיר. בנוסף, הייתי מצפה לגישה זמינה למישהו אחראי - גם בשבת, שיוכל לתת מענה במידת הצורך. הנקודה הבודדת שנתתי - היא עבור הניקיון שהיה טוב.

Reviewed By mosheb692je ne souhait a personne de ce retrouver dans cette endroit qu'on ne peux ni appelle un hotel et surtout pas de suite et meme pas classic, je pencherai pour la designation (pas de designation, je vous laisse juger vous meme par les photos, ne pas y aller ) arrivant avec 3 enfants sur Eilat pour 2 nuit, nous avons utiliser la chambre uniquement pour dormir car personnes ne voulais y rester, mon fils a meme pleurer le premier soir car l'endroit ete désastreux, nous avons dormi avec des masque, mon épouse a désinfecter a la javel l'ensemble de cette endroit (photo a l'appuis) - sol sale - murs sale - armoire (si on peux appeler cela une armoire) sale et cassé "nos vêtement son rester dans les valise - fourmis - climatisation bouchée par la poussière et fonctionné tres mal (en aout a Eilat je vous laisse imaginé) - ventilation de la salle de douche ete bouché par la poussière - paroi de douche cassé et sans porte - sommier des lits cassé complètement - canapé sois disent clic-clac pourri et sale ( obliger de mettre des draps pour juste ne pas le voir - voisinage bruyant (musique et bruit toute les nuits - un balcon de 60 centimetre sur 1.5 metre ( avec de chaise il n'y a plus de place, sans compter que la vu donne sur une décharge des voisin et impossible d'y s'installer car le moteur de la climatisation prend toute la place sur le mur le responsable RON nous a promis un dédommagement lors de notre depart, et celui ci a disparu et ne répondrai plus au telephone, il a laissé un message a la secrétaire de nous donner des bons pour petit déjeuné dans un restaurant pour nous sois disant dédommager ( la seul chose de positive c'est que le petit déjeuner ete de tres bonne qualité lol) chambre au 2eme étage sans ascenseur un endroit a évité meme gratuitement je ne retournerai pas dans ce lieu horrible, immonde !!!!!!
