I stayed here with my family. The hotel has great landscaping. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food was okay, but I would recommend a little more options for the dishes. The hotel is close to the beach, which was really beautiful.

Overall badly disappointed! For a 5 star hotel - this was more like a 2 star experience!

5 stars really? I don't think so. - Upon arrival - there is no possibility to park in front of the entrance to unload the bags. We had to carry all bags on our own (three ladies) from the parking lot to the check in/ room. - check in: clerk was friendly but short on information, had to ask. - room: thick layer of dust, sink in the bathroom dirty one bed skirt was dirty (brown and black stains everywhere) - restaurant: no reception, we had to walk after the staff to ask for a table. My 9 yr old daughter ordered "shopska salad", it was served to her with a hot chili pepper in the salad, which she ate by accident and caused a lot of pain and stress - no information on the menu, the waitress did not inform us prior or upon serving!... (the manager did not even apologize) - second restaurant closed for the season (Sept 6th) - check out: beware, they charge for the coffee pods in the room, which you make yourself in the machine and which produces a ridiculous half espresso cup of cheap coffee (2 lv) also, take good care of your key card, because if can't show it upon check out, you are being charged for it (10 lv) Overall badly disappointed! For a 5 star and priced as a 5 star hotel - this was a 2 star experience at its best!

A bit overpriced - the rooms are normal, but nothing special. The staff was mostly missing. The restaurant didn't offer any good vegan options and the breakfast was very poor as well. No COVID measures were implemented - everyone was walking around without masks, both staff and guests, and the breakfast was a huge buffet that everyone can access. It's very overcrowded especially in the weekend. But the hotel is right on the beach and you can get a nice view. There are two huge outdoor pools you can use as well.

The bathrooms are old and cheap. There is no variety of food especially if you are vegetarian. It tastes bad, the bananas were cut into peaces. Why would you cut the bananas and let them dry?? There are 4 types of salads, 4 main dishes and 4 types of side dish. If you want to order fresh from the pool bar you have to pay it. They use the cheepest Bulgarian alcohol

Green Life Beach Resort

Green life beach resort is situated in Kavaci district, only 200 m away from the wide sandy beach Smokinya and 4 km from Sozopol city centre. The holiday complex features two swimming pools, restaurant, coffee shop, pool bar, children’s playground, different kind of stores, tennis court, soccer and basketball playground.

Overpriced and overrated.

Reviewed By DimitarDimitrov

This year my wife and I decided to visit Green Life resort for the first (and probably last) time in our lives. We spent a week there in the wonderful company of friends of ours so the vacation went well, but it was mostly due to the people we were with, not the hotel itself. Don't get me wrong - the hotel is nice, the rooms are OK, the pools are OK as well and the beach is wonderful. That said however while we were there there was a lot of construction going on at the hotel as the complex is expanding so they are building new houses right next to where we stayed. The housekeeping women don't speak Bulgarian or English, I presume they were Russian or Ukrainian, which is not a problem, but makes communicating with them harder. The morning we stayed there they knocked on our door to clear the room at... 9:03! Of course this woke the kid up before they could understand that I'm telling them that the kid is still sleeping and I want them to clean the room later. In the days that followed I just used the "do not disturb" sign every morning, which helped a bit as they were still cleaning the rooms next to ours. The bathroom was moldy and smelled bad. The parking was absurd - you have 15 minutes to park on the road inside the hotel and move your luggage - otherwise, you have to pay. That time is not enough so you have to part at the parking that is far from your room and either carry your luggage on foot or pay for the luggage car to take it to your room (tips are optional, but it is common sense that you pay). In conclusion - we would avoid going there for at least a couple of years.
