Execellent place to stay in Da Lat!
Reviewed By Kate_Nguyen125We run to here from the camp art at late evening without any plan due to heavy rain. The resort is so huge and cozy. We just chose the basement room but it's so spacious and have almost everything we need. The breakfast buffet is ok, have terrace area where we could feel the chilling atmosphere of Da Lat while enjoying our breakfast. However, I think FB staff should be more cheerful to guests, they looked quite sleepy. Maybe the cool & rainy weather makes them be like that :D The resort is next to Tuyen Lam lake, we had a walk along there in the morning, which's so cool & chill (of course a bit tired whenever climbing up). We also visited the resort's "farms", so interesting, you should try this when you stay here. All the villas next/ near the Tuyen Lam Lake are so pretty also <3 The resort also provide complimentary shuttle bus to the town, but you need to register in advance. During our lunch, we just knew this, so we asked FB staff to help register for us (as we're eating). A male staff keep declining and told us to go to the receptionist counter by ourselves. However, if we go there after lunch, maybe no more slot for 3 of us. Luckily a female waitress was so kind to assist us with this little request and could reserve the shuttle bus for us on time. I forgot to ask her name to mention here. I hope if the managers read this review, please spread this supportive spirit to every staff. By this way, your resort will get higher and higher appreciation and satisfaction by guests. Last but not least, I must say thank you the shuttle bus driver. He's an old man but his driving skill is so good! We nearly got accident on the mountain pass as another 4-seat car from opposite sides dangerously crossed to our lane. I sat in the front seat, next to the driver, so I could see it clearly. Luckily, the driver's so calm and managed well, no crash happened. Hope if have another chance to come back Da Lat, I could spend longer time staying and enjoying at this resort.

The villa we stayed in was a cottage with a fireplace and balcony overviewing the lush and stunning greenery of Dalat. The bathroom had two sinks and a lion feet bathtub. Brings you back 100 years, to French colonial architecture . We truly loved our stay at Ana mandara . The Pool at Ana Mandare is heated. It makes sense as Dalat is a mountain town with cool weather , next to the pool is a gym with very modern equipment . We did not have dinner at Ana Mandara , but we had breakfast which was impressing and a good selection of Vietnamese and western typical breakfast . The beds are a bit too hard for our comfort , we did not inform the staff about the beds being a bit hard. We will be back to Dalat and also Ana Mandara ?

My room is large, neat and nicely decorated. Breakfast Buffet was good with so many options and very tasty. Other meals were tasty and the prices were affordable. Very accommodating and friendly staffs. We will come back for sure.

Reviewed By rosarosita01I only stayed for 2 days but it was amazing. They got indoor pool and also outdoor, but it was too cold to swim outdoor. Also the food was amazing, they have all amenities you would need to relax on a trip. Golf, restaurant, entertainment, nature.

Reviewed By tonykeenanThe staff are lovely but the resort has not been maintained and is well past its use by date. It would have been beautiful in its day. But now windows don’t open, doors to the balcony are rickety, the bathroom has no exhaust fan, bedding is totally inadequate. We were not warned about the very active mosquito population so the night there was very uncomfortable. We chose to walk away and forgo our prepaid additional 3 nights rather than ruin our holiday. There are better options.

Verschrikkelijk hotel
Reviewed By Wouter HWij hebben met onze familie van 6 personen 3 kamers geboekt in dit hotel en het was het slechtste hotel van onze reis. Het starten al op het vliegveld van Dalat. Op booking.com staat dat het hotel vervoer regelt van het vliegveld naar het hotel. Vlak nadat we waren geland kregen we een bericht dat het met het vervoer niet zou lukken en hebben we zelf een taxi moeten nemen. Om 10 uur 's ochtends komen we aan in een volledig leeg hotel. Na het inchecken hebben we gevraagd of we nog wat konden ontbijten maar dit ging niet want ze zouden net het hele buffet hebben opgeruimd. Dus wij zijn in Dalat maar naar een ontbijt gaan zoeken. In de middag terug in het hotel hadden we een aantal vragen over vervoer naar Ho Chi Minh maar de mensen van het hotel begrijpen bijna geen Engels en kunnen je helemaal niet helpen. Zelfs nadat we een paar keer duidelijk hadden gezegd dat ze nog niks mochten boeken hadden ze de volgende ochtend toch ineens een busreis voor ons geboekt zonder met ons te overleggen. De kamers zijn mega grote hokken die raar zijn ingericht en niet op de foto lijken. In de kamer staat een glazen hok waar de badkamer zich in bevind. Sommige van onze kamers hadden te weinig handdoeken en de douches in alle kamers waren koud. Het kleed dat in de kamer lag zat ook nog vol met haren en troep. De volgende ochtend zouden we een buffet als ontbijt hebben. Weer was er niemand in het hotel en er stond geen ontbijt. Na heel wat onderhandelen en gezegd te hebben dat we geen noodels als ontbijt wilde kregen we keuze uit twee gerechten. Een gebakken ei of scrambled eggs. Maar ook dit was een teleurstelling want het eten was koud en niet goed gaar. Weer maar in de stad ontbeten dus. Alles bij elkaar is dit een verschrikkelijk hotel en wil ik niemand zijn vakantie laten verpesten door hier te overnachten.
