But cant connect tv monitor n dialog tv symaltaneouly.so i asked a multi point from owner.he agree to it as at that moment.but when i asked again he said he was busy.so i gave n tried with my device n operate tv.but then suddenly no credit to continues with tv.so i gave up.@night he met me n told he will accomplished my task for only words. At evening we ordered tea for our group.then 1 of waitor came up with dirty cups.then we tell that it then again came up with a piece of hair.so we gote hatred. We took 3 meals but nt good n expensive.my room hot water machine broken n leaking.we orederd 3 triple room n 1 double room.first we informed the order we will arrange 2 triple rooms n 1 double room only.he agreed to give tht triple room to another one.finally he billed it without giving to none of it.so if it know we will arrange it to our driver.This is the poorest place to visit so i didnt recommend to anyone. Owner is very greedy n got benefit with minimum facility.

All the rooms are with Air conditioning, private bathroom with Hot Water, Flat Screen TV, Room wifi, and a nice Balcony. All the city provided facility can reach by 5 minutes walk. Banks, Pizza Hut, Super Markets and New Bus Station can reach by 5 minutes walk. New Railway Station is only 10 minutes walk distance.

Comfy. The bathroom was good. Hot water. Fresh towels. The Owner and all the people over there were Kind. Smiling. Helpful. It was a pleasure. Thanks to everyone ! Reviewed By majellabutlerVery welcoming hosts. I was offered a juice on arrival and a detailed map to help me explore the area. The room had AC and there was a large bottle of water provided and the shower was very modern. The whole space was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and there were also 2 light bed covers if I got chilly during the night. The breakfast was a very big portion. A yummy plate of assorted fresh fruit, home made roti, lentil curry, omelette and tea. Plus they also provided an additional large bottle of water. I asked if they provided dinner late that evening and was served a huge vegetable and egg kotthu with some ice cream to follow and a large bottle of water. It is located 5 mins walk from main bus station but they offered to drop me to the railway station free of charge. Most positive overnight experience so far!

Wonderful Stay
Reviewed By Julie WWe were a little apprehensive when we first arrived and there was a little mix up with the booking (not the fault of the owners) but once we got into the room we were really happy. When we arrived we were greeted with cold towels and a welcome drink, amazing or a little resort such as this! Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh, the bathroom too and we had been upgraded to a family room so we had plenty of space, we also had a nice balcony with chairs and a table. The water from the shower was hot (but it does take a little time to run through) and we had a little fridge that kept our too large water bottles provided nice and cold. We had dinner and breakfast both days and both were delicious, the breakfast was particularly impressive, we couldn’t eat another thing until dinner that night! The food is cooked by the Mother and the 2 sons look after the guests and it was a 5* service from both of them, so helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable at the end of a exhausting day visiting all the sights and we slept really well. Their Father organised a Tuktuk tour around the sights for us and it was very enjoyable - take plenty of water, it can be very hot, and socks are a good idea as you cannot wear shoes in the temples (we didn’t and I wish we had). Ladies modest dress, men cover knees. A good tip if you are moving on is to use the pickme app, we found it very cost effective as we were given a quote to Dambulla that was a lot more than we paid. A lovely stay with a lovely family and I would recommend to anyone looking for good quality, budget accommodation. Be aware there is no alcohol served in this area.

Friendly staff, really tasty food and all the facilities worth for what you have spent. Owners were pleasnt enough to provide any needs when asked. Rooms are clean and the garden is nice though it's not that big. In rainy seasons better to keep a citronella spray with you to avoid misquotes when in outside. Inside is sealed and safe from mosquitoes.

What made me love this place was when we came late after a religious activity at around 11:30pm ,, the staff members were still awake and welcomed us. Thank you.

Reviewed By tommiea341Avoid this hotel!! We booked it months before our stay and I was very sorry we hadn't reading listened to the previous reviews. When we arrived we were shown to our room and we should have just left immediately and booked in somewhere else. The room was not clean, walls were dirty, we also seemed to wake up with alot of mosquito bites and I also had to get rid of a cockroach which was in the room. We actually ended up having dinner here and the food was quite nice but the state of the room just overshadowed our stay here. It has the making of a nice resort and may have been nice at one stage but not anymore, I could not recommend this hotel at all.
