Italian House Rooms is perfect for tourists who want to visit Sofia for a convenient price. The location of the facility is right outside the Serdika Metro Station very near to the central boulevard Vitosha. Featuring free WiFi, TVs are also available in some of the rooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. The property is just 200 m away from Council of Ministers Building and Banya Bashi Mosque, while Presidency is 300 m from the property. The Center of Sofia is a great choice for travellers interested in churches, budget-friendly travelling and monuments, restaurants and bars.
I need of Improvements
Reviewed By AnotherTraveller3743We stayed in this pension two nights in a triple room that look very different from the photos it showed on internet. It's part of a commercial building that needs improvements in its walls, has humidity, patches in the roof, it was a rainy day and water entered from upside. We had many windows that faced directly in a wall. In contrasts beds, towels and all place in geneeal were clean. Attention from the staff was good. Location is very good , centrical, with bus lines, supermarkets and food places to eat nearby. It has potential, but really need improvements in order to be recommended.

I injured my foot in unsafe bathroom
Reviewed By Nikolai TIt was my first day there, after skiing I decided to take a shower. When I stepped out from the bath I slipped on the floor and cut off my right Achilles’ tendon on sharp ceramic tile. The phone in the room wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to call the receptionist. Now I’m in hospital following an emergency repair in big deal of pain. I will be disabled for 3 months at least .

Reviewed By phangggggBathroom is outside the room and appears to be shared with the three other rooms next door. You will be provided with a towel, a bar of soap and shampoo, which will be already pre-set on your bed. I will recommend this guest house for a good night's rest, especially if you are arriving late at night from the central train or bus station. There is an air-conditioning unit and a small TV with cable in the room, which is an added bonus. However, do not expect hotel standard facilities or amenities like hot water kettle, coffee, tea or any of that sort, as this is not a hotel.

Consigliato nelle sere d'estate per prendere un pò di fresco. Servizio molto professionale e attento, piatti molto buoni ed elaborati, prezzi più alti della media ma assolutamente in linea con la qualità. Ottime le costine di maiale in salsa barbeque fatta da loro

Reviewed By Marija GThere was no central heating, the room was cold, we had only one available radiator for whole apartment, it was not enough. There was no hot water when we came, you need to turn on the water heater and wait for hot water. There was no water pressure, almost impossible to take a shower.. Also, no heating at all in the toilet, so be careful if you travel with kids! Breakfast was miserable, staff was not polite, the apartment was full of bugs, smell bad, beds were old and not comfortable for sleeping, bad sound isolation and noise rooms. The towels and sheets are old and really used, should be thrown. We paid for 3 nights but we left after 2 nights

Reviewed By vaviboI've visited the House three times celebrating birthday parties. And hope to have the chance to come back again and again. The hosts are more than friendly and very professional. The house is a combination of good furniture, huge party kitchen, spectacular yard and view from it and calm nature all around. Don't forget to taste the home made cuisine and the once-in-a-lifetime banitsa for breakfast. See you soon!

Reviewed By XVerrasIts a great and cozy guest house. Very nice and clean rooms. I strongly suggest to add breakfast as a standard. In addition, you can ask the owners to prepare lunch for you at a time of your convenience and enjoy quality home made cuisine. Ideal place for anyone who wants to have a restful and relaxing vacation without having to think about anything else than skiing or enjoying the sightseeing of Borovets. Great Wi-Fi also. Hospitality at its finest!

Reviewed By agentDJOThis is very peaceful hotel offering very nice SPA experience. There is an open air pool, it is clean and nice, the water temperature is excellent. The rooms are nice and clean (basic but nice). The food at the restaurant is nice and the service is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very basic and needs improvement, for the money paid they may offer better breakfast.
