Son unos ladrones, te hacen responsable de roturas y defectos del apartamento que no has hecho y se quedan con la fianza
Reviewed By jesusgdsggMala recepcion, mala señalizacion del apartamento. Apartamentos no estan en condiciones. Si hay algo que se rompe por uso normal de las cosas te lo descuentan de la fianza. Durante nuestra estancia se rompio una mampara de cristal templado sin que la tocasemos por algun defecto de fabrica o lo que sea. El caso es qu enos hicieron responsables de la rotura. Para romper un cristal templado hace falta darle un martillazo o romperlo con un objeto contundente. Se quedaron con la fianza de dos apartamentos. en total 450 euros. Ojo son unos ladrones. No vayan alli.

Very Helpful owners, cozy and authentic Chilean place to stay
Reviewed By Caroline HHusband and I joined two friends and stayed here for one night (bc there was no availability the second night). Not luxury but cozy bed and great common area for après. Owner was very helpful in helping us find a place to stay the second night as the whole area was booked - she even offered to let us stay on the couches in the common area of we got stuck. Very friendly and family owned. Water was hot. Towels were clean.

Un po' strano
Reviewed By GiuliaCipollaLa guesthouse, nel complesso, è bella. Ci sono due camere disponibili, un bagno pulito, una sala ampia con balcone e una cucina attrezzata di tutto. La zona è centrale e vicina a locali e altre attrazioni. Tuttavia, quando io e il mio ragazzo siamo arrivati, abbiamo faticato a trovare l'edificio giusto: non ci sono cartelli né segnali che indichino quale è l'entrata dell'albergo. Inoltre ci ha aperto la porta quella che probabilmente era la donna delle pulizie: l'uomo di fiducia in casa (il proprietario era via) non parla una sillaba di inglese e la ragazza ci ha fatto da traduttrice. La sera, poi, il personaggio - tale Alex - in casa si è rintanato in camera sua per bere e guardare la partita, uscendo di tanto in tanto sempre più ubriaco per chiamarci e borbottare frasi sconclusionate. Non si capiva un'acca e inoltre sembrava sempre più molesto. Noi ci siamo chiusi a chiave in camera e dopo poco tempo il tipo dev'essersi addormentato sbronzo, chiudendo definitivamente le molestie. Sia chiaro, non è successo nulla di grave e abbiamo dormito bene (zanzare a parte) ma di sicuro la situazione non è consona ad un albergo, né ad altre sistemazioni di qualità.

Very near Casa Muriel find the National Stadium, Malls, Universities, movies and theaters.Casa Muriel is a different hotel, where passengers stay is pleasurable and personalized. Reviewed By Freedom62481418781We enjoyed our very short stay and would like to stay longer! Great accommodation surrounded by beauty of nature. Great restaurant nearby ( 3 min walking distance), close to town ( 5 min driving distance), helpful hosts, and unbeatable view! Highly recommend!

Staff did their utmost, but it was toooooooo cold
Reviewed By Bea TWhen you stay in the winter in Santiago, a hotel with good heating facilities is required. Unfortunately this was not provided in this hotel. Even with two heaters the room stayed to cold for our convenience. Also no heating in the bathroom. The shower was good, warm and modern, but as soon as you came out of it, you were cold again. Also the communal areas were too cold. It felt like outside, so it was not comfortable. Breakfast was good and a very personal service. Location, 20 minutes walk from the centre and I had no problems with this. In summer I would stay in this hostal again, but I can not recommend it for the winter. ( sorry )

heartwarming in the freezing cold winter
Reviewed By bari_ttcA very typical local family with a super nice host, my room is so comfortable with big TV. The host gave a lot of useful advise to me and also worry about me ( I don't speak any Spanish). Only negative side is the shower is not stable, either cold and boiling.
