We ordered a fixed price menu with wine, which was very pricey. A la carte would have been a better choice. That said, the food was excellent. Nice appetizers to share. The sommleier did an excellent job of offering different wines for our courses.Thank you for your time and comments, It's nice to know that you enjoyed your experience at Senso, specially with the wine selection. An European travelling to Chile will agree that it is hard to find a good restaurant in Santiago, but he definitely will agree that it is extremely hard to find a restaurant with good waiter service. Where big efforts are done on culinary academies, Chile completely forgot about training the waiting staff. Well, Le Bistro is one of the exceptions. You can see the waiting staff enjoys their work and that they receive continuous training. The food is excellent, typical french (moules frites...), very welcome if one is fed up with eating carne a la pobre, locos, chupes etc (don't get me wrong, very good for once in a while).

A dignified, cultured and mystical place to enjoy with business groups to families to friends to the most loving person for a perfect romantic place where one can drink quietly in Kamasutra room to a private room for 8 heads to a open kitchen to a dance room to a room of god to room of Krishna for babies. A true Indian home where respect, service, humane values are the top priority for each cliente visiting mi casa. Namaste.

Let’s face it, Chilean food can become a bit repetitive after awhile. So it was an especially wonderful treat to eat at Jewel of India. The northern Indian meals were excellently and authentically prepared. We were thrilled to have such an outstanding dinner in Santiago. Many great options for vegetarians.

You arrive in a huge soulless hotel lobby, descend in an elevator to the basement meeting room level, enter a dark nondescript room. You get greeted by an oh so sugary sweet, and phoney waiter. You know immediately this is not the real Santiago!
You get a ridiculous, gimmicky tablet to order with, then after playing with the mini computer, the bored waiter takes your order transfers it to his tablet. This takes forever, by which time the novelty wears very thin. (Note to waiter. Just get a pen and take my order.)
Food..I had mushroom soup. Made with a variety of fresh mushrooms in a beautifully seasoned broth. Excellent.
For mains, I had rack-of-lamb. Again, excellent. My wife had steak. It was well prepared.
During the meal, the waiter returned and interrupted way too many times to inquire about the food and my well-being.
This felt way too North American, not the typical Chilean way. Normally, in Santiago’s best restaurants, the chef is confident enough in his creation, and there is no need for constant updates about my opinions regarding the soup.
All in all this restaurant was underwhelming and pedestrian. Definitely not outstanding, nor the best of 4900 places to eat in Santiago. This restaurant could have been anywhere, in any North American city, and not even be noticed!

Can't rate it highly enough. Food, wine & service excellent ***** even if you don't enjoy some of the unusual flavours you must credit the restaurant with trying. Horse and rabbit are strange for a lot of people. I had starter and main, skipping dessert as 1) I 'm not really a dessert eater and 2) I don't think traditional Chilean food involved Ice Cream. Fabulously creative and tasty starters which I chose to combine with the breads that were offered. A little 'tea' to start followed by a tasty Mise en Bouche (still not sure what it was other than excellent). Punchy Chilean Carmenere and a free Pisco (straight) as I'd never tried it before. Eating alone can be trying but these guys were so attentive. I did feel rushed but as soon I asked for the meal to be slowed down they did exactly that. Staff superb. Chefs smiling. Enjoyable experience. Just remember it isn't Michelin starred as much as you may want to pretend it is. DO NOT treat these guys like they have 2 stars. They are fantastic and actually better than 2 stars because they are human.

Definitely the best place for Japanese food with a local twist. Chef Marcos works with a focused style worth to watch. Each option was perfect. Absolutely friendly and ultra professional staff helps your get the best from the menu. It's advisable to make Reservations in advance.

Food is excellent (especially pizza but also several pasta dishes) and the place is amazing. An old house which is also a jazz club with Concerts and live music at some times of the day. Four of us had a good experience at this restaurant. We went there because it was highly rated on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. They are well known for their Pisco selection, either flights or pretty well any Pisco mix. Excellent shared meat platter to start, plenty for four people. After that, we had some very good short ribs, again two of us shared because the portions are big. Washed it all down with a bottle of local cab sav. Very enjoyable.
