Reviewed By kyravdcThis guesthouse offers three apartments that are very well equiped and even have a terrace. The owners are the most friendly and helpful people, they offered us a bottle of homemade wine upon arrival. Parking space is available and the center of Borjomi is on walking distance.

Great hospitality received from all 4 family members. - Competitive price - Nice garden - Central location - Warm shower, clean toilet - private - Well-equipped shared kitchen available - Spacious room - We were invited to drink home-made wine with the host. Also, during Easter food was generously shared. Nay: - Walls are thin, you can hear everything. Not a great environment for sleeping in or getting some work done. - Bed too small and thin uncomfortable mattress. I slept in my own sleeping bag so I could use the double-folded blanket as an extra layer, but I still felt the wood coming through.

The three star hotel,with all facilities. There are two,three,four, bed rooms with balcony .Beautiful views of the fortress and the city. (with shower and toilet). Free high speed wifi,free Parking,service with round the clock staff.
Great location, amazing breakfast
Reviewed By vikatwThe Guest House is directly below Rabati Castle, so it's a great location for exploring it. The rooms are clean and well kept. Only downside is that you have to shower over the toilet and subsequently flood the bathroom but for this price this is totally acceptable. The ladies we met were very zealous to assist with everything and extremely friendly. You need to state the time for breakfast so that it is prepared absolutely fresh. The choice is bigger than in many hotels and so much it is impossible to finish everything which is sad, since it is soooo good.

The house is at the end of a very quiet street, yet very central. It opens up a beautiful view from outside the house and the upstairs room. The place holds 4 rooms or 10 beds in total. There is a cosy kitchen where you may cook your own food, drink tea or coffee on the house and enjoy already made traditional delis. The shower is comfortable, hot water is available anytime as well as washing machine. Outside the house there are few sitting areas where guests may relax, play chess and cards or snack grapes while chilling in the hammock. You may use internet on our indoor computer or free wi-fi - both are fast. If willing to explore the city and around, Niko, the manager, will be happy to tour guide you to top places such as National park, The hill of crosses, Vardzia, The Green Monastery, Rabati, Xertvisi as well as to any other cities in Georgia. If it's hot outside and you need to refresh, don't forget to ask Niko to take you to a beautiful spot for swimming - delta of a local river
Amazing days at hillside guesthouse
Reviewed By tinaa sI stay 3 night in borjomi. Guesthouse was very new clean comfortable in a very quiet street from the center only 3 minuets walking! Owner invite to test home made wine and food. He helped us to make trip to vardzia horses riding and riffting!!

Reviewed By malx654This is a fantastic little hotel that provides great value for money. I arrived super late (after midnight) and still received a warm welcome and delicious meal. My room was basic, but had everything i needed (private bathroom, big bed, wifi) - there were no unpleasant surprises! My motorbike was also given shelter - which you don't find everywhere. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you Mari & David!!
