We were greeted by the friendliest team from the moment we entered the beautiful hotel and greeted by Ching to when we left and were assisted by Quan. The most helpful staff with suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Excellent rooftop bar and delicious breakfast. We left for our 3 day/2 night cruise and returned to Hanoi for the day where we were able to store our luggage at the hotel and even clean up prior to heading out of Hanoi that evening. 5 star rating for sure!

Our room was also clean and comfortable – not very big, but affordable! The hotel itself is located quite centrally as well. Reviewed By Kayla283We stayed there 2 nights when we visited Da Nang. We got a panorama view room, it was worth it- waking up with beautiful view of the beach & the city. The hotel is perfectly located, 10 minutes walk to a couple of great restaurants and a massage place (they are in a valley neighborhood). The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were so great too, lots of good options. 2 things I was disappointed were that we rent a motorcycle, forgot to return a day of, we went on a tour (Ba Na) called the hotel to return the bike since we left the key in our room, but the connection didn't go through as we were up on the mountain, it was hard to get signal. When we got back & explained, we were still charged for 2 days. UGH! Another thing is the room is not soundproofed, we could hear exercise motivation screams (LOL) from the beach at 6 in the morning. Well....we wanted to wake up early so we wouldn't mind. Other than that, the location is the best, I think!

Reviewed By Climber404891Superb hotel that you would be paying £500 plus for London. One of the best hotels ive stayed in during my 3years of travelling round the world. The service is impeccable from the front desk (thanks Suzie!) to the rooftop bar and restaurant. Location is perfect train street is 1min down the road as is the old quarter. Rooms are equal if not better than soho house equivalent. It has a 10th floor infinity pool with a great view of downtown hanoi and the service was impeccable. You basically getting a soho house type hotel for a tenth of the price (with much better service). Superb hotel.

Tiffany and the staff at the lobby were very helpful and cooperative. Overall the hotel is average. Unfortunately maybe because of the number of tourists the reception and the lift of the hotel weren’t clean.

They were able to help in getting my delayed baggage to the hotel while I was on an excursion. Also provided tips for things in the area. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter and all around Hanoi. You can walk to many places, or quickly get a cheap grab taxi. Rooms were clean and modern, plus well stocked with water and toiletries. The AC worked very well, perfect after a hot day exploring Hanoi. Wifi was good as well.

First impression we were welcomed very nice and warmly by the staff Ms. Linh Nguyen. All staff sweet and helped us with everything, ready to answer a text or to give recommendation. The room is very trendy, comfortable and location is wonderful, right in the middle of Old Quarter but without it being noisy. So easy to walking around the city. 5 star service. I wanna specially thank you Ms. Linh Nguyen she took care of us very professional and kind. She made our trip in Hanoi wonderful. Very happy with this place. Absolutely back to hotel if have chance??
