We fell in love with this small and colourful hotel, located a few minutes walk from seemingly everything in the Old Quarter. The ever-helpful staff reached out to me over WhatsApp in the weeks leading up to our trip to offer assistance, booking theatre tickets for us and answering our questions about travel in Vietnam more generally. We stayed in the family room, which is really just a divider between two beds, but was fine for what we needed. It is also on the seventh floor which muffled against the noise of the city. There is no pool but you really don’t need one, even with kids, because there is just too much to see and do in Hanoi to be lounging around the hotel for very long. Breakfast was quick and with a beautiful view of the city from above. New types of fresh were fruit sent to our room daily. Several great coffee shops within a stone’s throw. Highly recommended this place for anyone heading to Hanoi!

Reviewed By Chris MIt is difficult to know where to start with my review of the TIA wellness resort in De Nàng. From the moment we walked into the resort , we were greeted with smiles from all the staff as well as some drinks to cool down in reception. After being shown to our room , we were immediately impressed by the opulent details , cleanliness and privacy. The facilities at the resort are first class , and if you’re looking for a true wellness getaway , with incredible raw plant based, clean food options , available at a long breakfast , in addition to a free everyday spa treatment of your choice ( that was our chosen package) , then TIA is the resort for you. Further the quality of the treatments were also amazing and of a very high standard , and the team would always do their best to accommodate every request , including offering very thoughtful treatments for my pregnant fiancé. I also proposed during our stay , and from a simple request to the team to help make the occasion special , TIA seriously went beyond the call of duty with special surprises that I did not even know about! Now that is care and true attention to detail. Chloe who heads up the TIA team is also incredible at her job , knows hospitality very well and extremely attentive to her guests needs. You can see her professionalism filters down to the entire team at the resort. From the private clean quiet beach , to the high standard food , spa treatment offerings , this is by far the most luxurious and warm stay we have experienced anywhere so far. Reviewed By DiptisgPositives 1) fantastic property, beautifully maintained with great sized pools, beautiful beach 2) 3 bedroom villa was very spacious - exceeded expectations in terms of layout and comforts. 3) excellent breakfast spread with a wide variety and high quality of food 4) staff are wonderful, sincere and try to do their best to accommodate your requests. For eg: they allowed me to choose from the main restaurant menu for in room dining, replaced a dish that we didnt enjoy etc Negatives 1) only 1 restaurant in the property with a limited menu. Inability to order food from outside as well as general lack of options in da nang is a severe issue. We were out of options on day 2. No Thai, Japanese or Indian food at the hotel. Basic Italian, basic Vietnamese and salads on offer apart from very limited Chinese menu. Quality was also not great - food in general was strictly average 2) housekeeping: water pressure was poor. Water was Luke warm and took ten mins of running to get to hot (big waste), and still far from piping hot. Turn down service was patchy - done only once in three nights so far although the sweets left were a lovely touch. Water bottles weren’t replaced. Shower amenities were lovely (thann) but again weren’t promptly replaced. Had to call for extra water each day 3) villa was luxurious but lacked basic amenities such as dining plates, crockery and cutlery for a 6-8 people villa, including bottle or wine opener. Each time we ordered food, we had to separately request extra plates. Full kitchen but nothing works - they want you to order from the hotel but again there are barely any options and we couldn’t even reheat room service orders in the villa despite there being a mircrowave. There was no stand for a suitcase. YouTube worked on one tv but not the other two, no mosquito repellent in-room, not much by way of activities 4) kids club: is spacious but there are no board games, books are all in Vietnamese, and apart from Lego, my 5 and 3.5 year old had nothing to do in 10 mins of being there. We tried asking about painting, colouring etc but there was nothing available. Staff is nice but couldn’t offer much beyond the scheduled activities 5) communication is a challenge for the most part. We learnt some basic words in Vietnamese but struggled to communicate with room service, kids club etc. room service took over an hour for the kids dinner on day 1 - we had to make several calls Overall stunning property with kind and service oriented staff, but with some room to improve guest experience

First time to the Island
Reviewed By 741terrirHotel is a resort style holiday destination. We found the staff were really friendly and professional, but there could of been some more service around the pool & beach area. The resort itself seems a little tired around the pool deck area also with lots of damaged flooring (which I almost tripped over). We stayed in the pool access room which honestly I wouldn't waste your money upgrading to it as the pool connected to your room is only knee deep and you can't swim in it. The rooms were nice except for the patch of mould on the roof ( nothing that a bit of bleach wouldn't fix). The gardens in resort are also lovely. They had 3 restaurants at the resort with 2 open. The breakfast in the morning is very very busy. It seems there are not enough staff to run it as there were a lot of items that had run out that needed refilling. But we did hear its hard to get the staff at the moment. The staff that stood out at breakfast was AI (Annie) who every day went out of her way to make us comfortable and happy. Kaa also welcomed us and was there to help. The hotel manager Alvaro was so helpful and friendly and showed us great places to see on the island. His recommendations were really good and made our holiday a lot more than what we planned. The weather rained the first half of our stay so it was good to do other things than just sit by the pool. Hotel was worth the value.

Reviewed By Satz24A good, clean hotel about 300 metres from Front beach. The room was clean and AC worked well. Service was friendly, and the lobby was grand. Included buffet breakfast was really good with Asian, local and Western options, plus omelette and noodle stand. Good location with lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Some noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor was annoying.

Reviewed By MansurM148The hotel is located at the rightest location in Da Nang City, Plenty of street food stalls just at stone throw distance, Rooms with Ocean View Balcony are amazing, Breakfast is good and enough to choose from, Room Interior are unique specially the batroom shower enclosure in between the middle of room. BE CAREFUL OF BATH MIXTURE, Its get very hot and could burn your skin. Look for HOT sticker placed near the water regulator. Look at pictures attached to have a view of Room, balcony, Beach, The room entrance is through a huge living room with a tiny powder room and another Balcony with a cloth drying hanger trolley. Only one star less in my review because of damp smell inside room. everything else is unique.
