Cheap but Bad.
Reviewed By KaiHCGI have never expect such a wierd experience. Location: Nice view of garden, not really expect anything, just want an accomodation for resting. Room: this was where all the problems came from. The doors are broken, both the main door and the bathroom door. Why I know? Because I was locked inside the bathroom. I know it is hard to maintainence all the facilities as there are just a few staff working here due to Corona Virus. So I will give you an additional 1 point. Food: Average, if comparing with other hotels in the areas, the food here much delicious. Service: Not using, I am not sure, so I cannot judge. Safety: Have policy of preventing Corona Virus. But the room's safety, I am not sure about the door going ot the balcony. Of it is broken, it is easy for other people from other room climbing in. General: Your hotel is the best hotel in the area. But please do not underestimate, the hotel should be improved regards to the facilities. The price is cheap but I do not expect the broken doors. Hope that the hotel fix that issue right away.

Reviewed By Ben HGreat location and value. Room was clean and very comfortable. It was much needed after a full day of walking old Town. The host of the housestay was friendly and helpful. He shared great local eating locations and most were withing a 10 mins walk. TIP: We found their Facebook page and contacted the host directly so our booking we directly to him and not via a 3rd party booking site. The rate was also better

Bad experience with hotel management
Reviewed By Bunny BBad experience, i booked on agoda for a cheap price, when i came to the hotel they did not accept it and told me that its agoda faults, but they did not check the booking and still leave it there, they can call agoda for it but they dont do that or they dont know how, they tell me they can not call me because book through agoda did not have information, but if they check the booking and feel anything wrong for it and they can call agoda to tell us, i leave my email there when booking. I did not enter the hotel that day and have to find another hotel, even it already evening and i feel really angry about it

Quiet and Just What We Needed

The hotel is tucked away down a side street and is within a quick three minute walk to the Main Street. The breakfast is good, the Pho is some of the best we have had in a hotel. Every time we left or entered the building the staff always greeted us with a warm hello. The AC, WiFi and the hot water worked really well. While there was mold in the bathroom, everything looked clean and the room didn’t smell moldy. All in all it was pleasant.

Reviewed By denislJ5958DCI was told that this resort just reopened on Nov 6, 2021. The room was good and kept very clean, the food was good but, service very slow in getting a 2nd glass of wine!!! Water sports weren't opened yet. Internet cost US$25.00/14 days for one device. Worked ok on cell phones, they needed to install Fire Fox on my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet in order to get wifi? I couldn't wait for the download, it was extremely slow and when tethering to my cell phone, I couldn't connect to my online accounting software. We went to Jolly Rogers Restaurant to use their WiFi. It worked extremely well. Great restaurant, great food and owned by Canadians.
