Centrally located and good for budget travellers
Reviewed By TravellerMan72The hotel is centrally located. It’s small, clean, neat and has new and elegant furniture. The prices are reasonably low because we were in Winter and it is a low season in Taif city. Everything seems to be well- maintained and working except the shower cabin, there was some water leakage and we mentioned that to the reception. There is a parking place in the basement of the hotel but it has limited space and badly designed. It is difficult to drive in and out due to the neighborhood narrow streets. There is no restaurant in the hotel or breakfast room but everything was just walking distance from the hotel and most of the attractions of the city were few minute drive from the hotel. We would definitely stay in this hotel if we come back to the city and we recommend it.

Reviewed By Mam KI’ve arranged many activities there, in the last week only I had 3 events in 3 successive days. Although they had a lot of activities and events in the same days, Mr Babu, Mr, Abdulkader, Mr Balghaith and Ms Asrar did a great job to make it happen in a very excellent and professional way. All the meetings passed in a very smooth way, the meeting rooms were really fantastic, the staff were very helpful and the arrangement were excellent. Another thing is about the restaurant, what should I say; it was really one of the most exceptional visits to such hotel in Taif, the food was fresh, tasty, varied, and very good amounts. I should here thank all the restaurant staff, Chef Hazem and his team for the food quality, Mr. Mohamed and his team for the hospitality and really every single one in the restaurant should be appreciated. I recommend this hotel to any one needs to have a great hospitality experience in Taif.

Needs a major renovation and refurbishment!
Reviewed By Haydeelicious711We opted for this accomodation in Al-Hada simply because of Le Meridien’s reputable name in d hotel industry.Plus,the price is too tempting.Imagine,a room with a balcony priced only at 403 SR including tax. It’s our ist time here in Le Meridien Al-Hada so we truly get excited upon seeing d facade of d hotel.We were aware that this hotel was formerly Sheraton and it was d best in d country some decades ago. We started experiencing disappointment when we entered our room located on d 3rd floor.(rm 324) I noticed d furnitures specially d 2 chairs with coffee table stained with dirt from previous guests.The bed and pillows however,were clean and comfortable enough.Although it has stains in d linings of d bed too.When I checked d bathroom,d curtain blinds was totally damaged and in complete disarray.We called d attention of d reception and they sent someone to fix it.Unfortunately,d housekeeper refused to do something about d curtain.He told us tht it would be better for us to change our room.We decided not to follow his advice instead we fix d curtain by ourselves.Good thing we were able to at least lessen d damage.The bathroom door started malfunctioning d following day.It automatically locked by itself as if someone was inside.Again,we called someone to open it.Alhamdulillah,d carpenter was able to unlock it.The sliding door which leads to d balcony was so heavy and so hard to open.Mosquitoes were just annoying us the whole night plus there was a loud music down d pool area exactly the time we want to relax.When I used d comfort room down d lobby near d pool,I was disgusted with d flooded floor and stinking smell.When I took a shower the tub was clogged and took sometime for the water to run down d drainage.Only one bath towel and hand towel provided though thre was a floor mat available.The toiletries are cheap and does not define a five star quality essentials. What saved d day were d amazing view from d veranda and the cool weather of Al-Hada.In fairness,the front desk staffs were helpful with all our inquiries and requests. The hotel needs a serious renovation and refurbishment.Undeniably,it’s showing wear and tear through the decades of existence.

Reviewed By AmidaMacalimbonit's cold and foggy at ramada hotel but managed to enjoy the telefrique/ cable car ride..its 10-minute to 15-minute ride w/ the best view of the Taif mountains and cliffs... you can also have an aerial view of the Ring road as it dwindles around the cliffs w/ some vehicles running like ants at far...the weather is best..just be sure to bring warm jackets and hoods ...and down the park, you can have toboggan ride or fill your hungry tummy w/ lots of food choices at reasonable prices...enjoy

Reviewed By AFAK25Visited Taif during the new year weekend and since it also coincided with school mid term break, places were quickly snappes up. We were fortunate to get 2 units in Al Khazamah Resort. It is slightly out of the way from the popular Al Hada or Taif city centre but with a car that shouldn't be a problem for many. The apartment was huge. The kids could even play football in the hall if they wanted to. The kitchen was amply equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, stove and a kettle. But another apartment that our driver stayed in did not have a kettle. Hot water was available and it was a relief as it was really cold when we were there. The pool outside was an attraction to kids but unfortunately it was in the middle of the winter and the water was unforgivingly cold. Otherwise we could have spent hours in the pool. There was also a small cafe by the pool where you can order your hot chai or other beverages to warm up. Unfortunately there's no wifi provided, so be warned. You either rely on phone data or like we did, brought our own wifi router. Bring your own towels too. I believe you need to ask the reception but during peak seasons they might run out of towels quickly. Special shout out to the check in staff. I think his name was Mahmoud. He tried hard to satisfy the guests.

nice, older hotel in a good area
Reviewed By netllamaI spent one night here. Overall it was fine. The hotel is older, and starting to feel tired. The carpeting in my room was stained and worn down in many places. Beyond that, the room was clean and. comfortable. Wifi worked ok. The breakfast buffet was on the smaller side, but had ok options. Parking in their underground garage was convenient. Staff spoke decent English. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood.
