Rooms worn, indifferent staff, not very good dinner or breakfast. Nice wiew, but thats all. Not very accurate homepage, hotel/hostel looks better than real lite... Avoid this place!

Lovely old buildings
Reviewed By ScaniaSwedeI loved being surrounded by old buildings and close to nature. On-site ice cream cafe was also nice We had opted for a double room without private bathroom, so the wash basin in the room felt like a big plus. In any case, the showers and toilets were just outside, so that was not a problem either. Easy to park outside Breakfast buffet was sufficient, but somewhat inconvenient as it was difficult to take food from the jars while keeping an eye on the tray

Reviewed By JN654På en villagata centralt i Sunne finns detta trivsamma B&B. Värdinnan är trevlig och omtänksam. Rummen mycket välstädade och snyggt inredda, med hög kvalitét i detaljerna. Bra kök. Vi bodde en natt, sov gott! Lugnt område. Lite branta trappor för den som har problem med sånt dock. Kommer gärna tillbaka fler gånger!

Mysigt och smidigt
Reviewed By Peter JEtt i en herrgård inrymt mysigt vandrarhem. Svala rum med sköna sängar. Vårt rum delade balkong med grannrummet. Man delar toalett och dusch med övriga gäster. Omgivning är vacker och Sunne ligger någon minuts bilfärd bort. Trevlig personal.

But please note that the spa-area is newly renowated (summer of 2012), our Superior rooms have been renovated in the spring of 2013. The Standard rooms are from 2006, so none of the rooms have the style of 1991 anymore.

Reviewed By phidas34We have been at least ten times at the Spa during 25 years, the conclusion must be that we like the place. We live in Oslo, it takes us 3 hours by car to get there, at least 6 hours without. The Spa is close to the little town Sunne, nice but without a taxi service. There is bus and train services from Karlstad

Reviewed By Christer AWe went to Värmland and Sunne in May this year. Looking at their webb site it looked fantastic, with jaccuzi shown in one room, lovely bath room . Nothing shown on their webb site excisted, a big joke, like Fawlty Towers. We got a small room in what they called the "Kavaljers Buildings", that ´s from a story from a novel by famoused writer Selma Lagerlöf. The room was very small, no table, a small TV-screen on a tiny table, no chairs. It was very warm when we stayed there around +25 C. No aircondition in the room, and they did not offer a portobal fan. The window in the combained shower-and toilet room was not to be open. Further, when my wife went to bed she started to wave her arms, small buggs fall down on her from the seeling. Outside, with a view over the farmers land was a table and only one chair so one of us had have to stand. Outside they were restorating a building, Everything was far a way from their webbsite. The dinner was fine though, a part from that a big joke.

Sunne Camping och Sommarland offers speedy attractions for the whole family. Here you will get a stay with a lot of fun and activity. In the area there is a family beach next to lake Fryken, large playground, adventure golf, electric car track and segways. There are also tennis courts and great hiking trails. We have two restaurants, Kolsnäsrestaurangen (summer restaurant) and Sunne Krog och Bowling.
Nice camping site in a good location
Reviewed By Tor-Øivind GI'm not really a camper, but we've hired a cabin at this site for a couple of days every summer for the last 3 years. This is primarily a caravan site, but there's also room for tents and some cabins for hire. If you have children, then this is a perfect site. Nice area with lots of space to play, a nice playground and large beach. It's shallow waters for a looooong way out, and thus perfect for smaller children. You can also find activities like mini golf, Segway rides, bowling, restaurant and more here. The vicinity to "Sommarland" waterpark right next door is also a big plus. I'm told the prices for caravan camping is OK, but the price for cabins are a bit on the steep side. Just one additional tip: remember to bring your own bed sheets or the price will rice considerably.

Jag sa till och fick till svar att det var ju bra att jag kunde salta själv.. Där måste de jobba upp sig massor. Det hjälpte inte att utsikten var fantastisk.
