Reviewed By euannyapGood location to subway and shopping areas. The check in and out was very efficient. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There was one occasion when I had a problem reserving seats for the bus to go shirakawa-go, a young lady staff by the surname of “Chin” was very helpful and patience checking for me. My daughter and I had a superior double room and it was a bit small in my opinion. It could only accommodate one big check in size bag near the writing table and a small cabin size bag beside entrance door area where the hangers were. However it is not an issue at all for us, just to share this information. The mattress was very nice, nor too hard or soft. Pillows were very special.2 were normal hotel pillows (soft) the other 2 were like beanies on the bottom of the pillows. These “beanies” pillows were superb. They were like a support so that the pillows would not sink all the way down when the head rested on them.It was hard for me to describe but loved the pillows so much! Water pressure was very powerful and the temperature was always very constant. House keeping staffs would always make sure that your room would be as clean and neat as just like you first checked in. Some in-house guests put the “Do not Disturb” tag on the door for the entire day, the house keeper would leave a bag of clean linen n towels outside the room for them. Overall I was happy and satisfied with it. Definitely would recommend to friends and family members and would surely go back again in the future.

Reviewed By philipplimThis hotel is perfectly located, close to the Namba Nankai train station (perfect if you're coming or going to the airport). It's under an arcade, with lively shops, restaurants, and surroundings. It is also only a few meters from Dotonbori. Breakfast was ok, comparable to other hotels of similar class. The hotel itself is a little dated, but well maintained.

Reviewed By The_Blue_ScorpionWe stayed in several hotels on our trip to japan and although this was the cheapest, it's the hotel I remember most fondly. It seemed as though a lot of care had been put into making the guests' staying there as comfortable as possible. There were a selection of games consoles and games to borrow, lots of interesting and cosy places to sit and on october 31st we found two little trick or treat bags on our hotel door full of sweets and snacks. The breakfast selection was pretty good, they had something for everyone. The kotatsu tables by the entrance were especially cosy. On our last night there we got icecreams and ate them at a heated table. Overall it was a great hotel and one I recommend to everyone. The whole feel of the place was cosy and casual, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect. (We actually stayed in October 2019)

Reviewed By joyyytravelsWe were a group of family consisted of 5 adults and one 3y/o. We transferred here from an airbnb and we booked 2 rooms. One room is a twin room and one is a family room. The twin room is really small, we were carrying 4 luggages so it was hard to place our big luggages. The receptionist is really friendly and can speak/understand english very well. The pro of this hotel is you don’t need too much effort to check in and check out. You just need to give your key back to the reception and you can go! Without paperwork like other hotels. The location is SUPERB! Walk for 3 mins and you’re in Dotombori! This is really convenient for me, so the next time I’m in Osaka, this hotel will be on my list!

When arriving at Nankai Namba Station from the airport, go through the Namba Walk (underground shopping area) end aim to exit B2. At the first corner go left, the hostel will be on your left. Just a few steps away from "Kuromon Market" and "Den Ten Town"! Sightseeing spots such as "Dotonbori", where Glico's signboard is located, "Shinsaibashi", "American Village" are also within walking distance. Besides Osaka's typical "Takoyaki" & "Okonomiyaki" restaurants, you will have a wide choice in this area, such as coveyor belt sushi restairants, a famous shop of grilled meat, ramen shops and so on. There are convenience stores, drug stores, currency exchanges nearby, you can enjoy sightseeing and shopping as much as you want! I ordered a double room. They didn't give me a double room.
Reviewed By avitalheThey put an extra uncomfortable fake bed in a singles room, and called it a double.When I asked about the room size, they said that was the only one they had, and if I wanted a bigger room, I would have to add $85 and have three beds in one room. Don't fall for it. The part of the hotel we went to, because I discovered something. The hotel has 2 parts to it. An older part, with much older rooms, and a new part, with a nicer rooms. If you're traveling from the states or the UK, you will absolutely hate this hotel. The room is beyond small, and the bathroom are super old and uncomfortable to use. The only positive thing about this hotel is the fact that it's 7 mins walk from Dotonbori.

I did went to hundreds of accommodation around the World!!! but this Japanese guy was really giving me and my friends bad experience in Japan!!! . I'm wondering how he got this job tho..
