Reviewed By benp268Stopped here for afternoon tea.. and what a view ! Very few guests as Vietnam starts to reopen tourism. However, the hotel was spotless and the service was excellent. Only 90 minutes from Hanoi if you use the toll roads. If you plan to take a cruise around Ha Long Bay I would recommend you also stay at this hotel.

Rooms - Service - Breakfast - All staff everything was just perfect but may be the only drawback is that this hotel located on hill area, so if you want to come to main road or market then all the way you have to walk down and again on way back needs to climb up quite a lott.

A Joyful Trip
Reviewed By DinhC26Our family had a great time staying at this hotel. Everything here is almost perfect from the friendly staff, clean room, appetizing breakfast food. The hotel location is also quite close to the Sunworld amusement park. If we come back to Ha Long next time, we will definitely continue to use the service at this hotel

Crowded as hell
Reviewed By Gale MThe room was alright, but the hotel was extremely crowded. Had to wait 2 hours to check in. There are only 6 elevators for a massive hotel and you have to wait for 30 minutes to go up or down. Charged us for a missing flip-flop, which is ridiculous. A five star hotel that re-uses flip-flops? Simply unbelievable! Breakfast was good but again - crowded like a street market.

Nothing like in the photos
Reviewed By 633marynamAwful. I only give 1 star for the view and 1 star for friendly and nice staff. The resort looks nothing like in the pictures on booking.com (well, except for the view and surroundings). The worst part are breakfasts, every day the same, and nothing to chose form. Two or three types of fruit, juice mixed with water, and the rest of the food is tasteless like in a cheap buffet. Everything in the room was old, needs repair, some paint and some serious cleaning. The whole bathroom smelled like urine. I didn’t risk to take a bath in that dirty tub. Instead of double bed we had 2 beds put together. They do keep the territory clean, green and neat though. But our stay was far from what we expected from the description and the photos.
