Reviewed By SandBTokyoThis hotel is on a huge and beautiful property which you can enjoy in any season. You can get a cart to drive around, nice natural walk and views. The hotel is newly renovated, clean and very nice service. Due to the design of the hotel the rooms have no view. The onsen is OK but not great. Rather small and cold unless you are in the bath. No sauna. Dinner and breakfast is nice. After dinner they have marshmallow cooking outside for the kids. Shima is a beautiful place to visit. We recommend Shima Spain Village amusement park and also Ninja Kingdom Ise.

Basic hotel with great views

The views from the hotel are beautiful over the bay but it is pretty remote and there is not a lot to do when the pool is closed in off season. They run a regular shuttle service to the train station and into town but only up to 18.00 and 15.00 respectively so you basically have to eat dinner at the resort. Evening meals were satisfactory but the buffet breakfast provided to our group was certainly not. Cold and inedible. I preferred to eat the standard breakfast which was very limited but at least edible. Their sister hotel would be a much better option and it is only five minutes away.

Reviewed By GanLLocated so near the JR station. There are many restaurants , cafes and convenient shops nearby. The setup is just like the setup in Sanco Inn Shinkansen Annex, Nagoya. Even the password for the free , fast wifi is the same. The facilities are adequate and a great relief to travelers. There is hair dryer, pyjamas, electric jug, multiple charger for mobile apparatus, an air purifier, a fridge, good body and hair shampoo, a bath tub, trouser pressing instrument. One can get free comb, toothbrushes, shavers, shower caps, hair bands, packets of lotion, leg relaxation pad. One can also get extra pillows at the Amenities bar. There is also a public bath where one can use, great , almost like an onsen.

Reasonable Hotel at Unreasonable Price During F1 Weekend.
Reviewed By WorldBreezeThe hotel had literally tripled its prices due to it being F1 weekend at Suzuka Circuit. And despite paying triple the normal price for my room, breakfast wasn't even included, which I found to be more than a little stingy! This being said, the hotel offers unrivaled access to Tsu train station - two minutes walk from the hotel door, Then 18 minutes on the local train to Suzuka Circuit Inō Station, 1 hour in the other direction and you are in Osaka Namba. The immediate area of the hotel is fairly industrial and bleak. Nearby. there is a small Lawsons and Family Mart where you can stock up on basic snacks, drinks, and the omnipresent Japanese microwaveable meals There is a microwave oven and a couple of vending machines on the 2nd floor of the hotel. However, If you get fed up with eating fishy things or heating up these awful microwavable meals that the Japanese seem to live on, there is a large Aeon supermarket around 20 mins walk.. Inside you can find a McDonald's and KFC, among others. Sanity & appetite restored! The room was tiny but functional. Bed was the typical Japanese 'small double' offering, and only two thin pillows were provided for two guests which led to an uncomfortable sleep. TV only had local channels - mainly ludicrous gameshows about food. There are a fridge and kettle provided. Bathroom was also small, but shower had good water pressure and temperature. There was no noise disturbance from inside or outside the hotel during our stay. If it wasn't for the daylight robbery on the room rates during race weekend, this would be a reasonable budget hotel.

The comfortable, best hotel！
Reviewed By nagoyayabu2022 began. It is the hotel where I stayed at the end of the year. Both dinner of the evening and breakfast were the buffet. Tekone-zushi of the dinner and fishery products, turban shells ,steak were very delicious. The room stayed in the maisonette room of the top floor. The 5-year-old son was delight, too. The hot spring could go by a communication corridor, and there was it in the facilities called the aqua palace! I could look at the very beautiful starlit sky in the astronomy building. I was able to have an experience good at all!

Average Far from Town and no Public Transport
Reviewed By LasweetWe booked to stay in this hotel to attend an event at Suzuka Circuit. When we travelled their was no public transport to the hotel, had to catch a taxi, taxi charge was US $80 to get to the hotel. Also had pay this as return back to the circuit. At this cost would have been cheaper to stay at the circuit hotel. Room was clean and spacious, there was a problem with the pluming in our room and the room smelt pretty bad. Bed was low to the ground, pillows were comfy. Small TV in room and access to pay for movies. This hotel is located about 30mins walk from town if you don't want to pay for another taxi this is far to walk to get a meal. There is a 7/11 across the road for noodles and take away meals. No currency exchange at the hotel. No international ATM at the 7/11 make sure you have plenty of cash with you! Takes a 30-40 min drive by taxi to and from Suzuka circuit. Would only use as a last option and would not stay again.

Stayed at this hotel 2 years ago before the world changed due to the pandemic and was lucky enough to stay in a Sakura room on the 8th floor at that time…so was hoping to stay there again! Unfortunately no such luck as the hotel was completely full (it seemed) with a lot of families and a coach party (not the best feeling as we move out of the pandemic!) The pluses: Free shuttle from the train station Welcome drinks in the lobby (1 alcoholic drink per person) Shampoo and body soap bar…if interested Fantastic selection and quality of the dinner and breakfast buffets Large baths which allow you to feel pretty isolated even when quite full. The minuses: The rooms on the 5/6/7th floors have seen better days….rooms near the hot spring baths on the 2/3 & 4th floors seems to be the best along with the Sakura rooms on the 8th floor. Pretty noisy from 7 am at the front of the hotel. Presence of groups at this time does not add to a feeling of safety. All in all…so glad that this hotel has survived the last year and a half! Would definitely stay again if I could get a good deal!

Reviewed By BomohAs usual for a Japan business hotel the room is smallish and the bathroom a small self contained unit. Everything is clean and tidy and works ok except at times he free wifi is slow and I prefer to set my own aircon temperature not just the flow rate. Room was a bit hot and humid for me. Staff are pleasant enough and location a few minutes walk from the rail station.
