Great residence but poor service
Reviewed By LyudmilaP120+ Very nice residence, clean, beautiful houses, amazing landscape + Apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped + Pools are pretty big, sea coast is pleasant - Service is so poor, is almost unbelievable for nowadays (staff is always gloomy, no customer focus: f.e. no beach towels for 3 days in a row and almost barking on those who ask for them; waiters on pool bar extremely unpleasant- told lady I'll pay for coffee later, when husband comes, she rolled her eyes high in irritation. - You literary pay for any extra- like I ordered french fries on the pool, lady brought plate, I asked if they serve any ketchup with fries and...in check it was extra for 1,5€. I don't remember paying for one small ketchup dose 1,5€ anywhere in the world. - Kids club: itself is very nice, new clean toys, very spacious, but entertainment is poor. We stayed with our kids and saw other- just bored and sticking to us, as animators never paid any attention on them. But of course it's for charge (surprise for us being used by TUI that kids animation is included)- like 8€ per hour. Not worth of it, unless your kids want some change from pool to toys. - SPA also poor- big catalogue, but in fact all shades of Thai massage of very average quality.

Reviewed By ancac607So many true and wonderful things to say about Feniks, when it comes to its amazing accomodation, the always clean and spacious rooms and the literelly outstanding traditional food. Oncemore, the hotel staff was exceedingly friendly and hospitable with us and a benedit is that it has a nice swimming pool, where you can rest hapilly. A valuable aspect that is worth to take into account is the low hotel price per night, price which still leaves us stunned. We have chosen Feniks as our hotel for the last four years, so next year, there's definetily no wonder about where are we going to stay here in Lozenets. :)

We were looking for a place to eat, and found that by recommendation, and glad we choose it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. it's usually full so reservation is recommended. A must try in Lozenec.

Not happy with our stay
Reviewed By Kiril IOverall we are not happy with the conditions in the hotel itself, they were quite mediocre. We have selected the package which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, since we have two little kids. Unfortunately the food at lunch was quite oily and of the same type. The breakfast is also the same every day, there are no fruits, the jams were not real jams but mostly unhealthy additions that do not have any real fruit inside, there was no real honey. The hotel looks nice outside, but there is a lot that can be done for the rooms/apartments maintenance. We were in an apartment, that has a bedroom and living room - there is no kitchen. We had a small mini-bar style fridge. When we entered the apartment we felt the smell of mold coming from the sofa, the armchair, the tabots and the cabinets. It was not nice! The curtains in the rooms should be darker, the air conditioner filters had plenty of dust which I had to clean myself. We also had to buy Domestos and a Mop to clean the bathroom as it was not clean and we were with a baby that’s 9 months old. There was also a lot of sand before we cleaned, which is also unacceptable. It was very uncomfortable that we were not able to adjust the cold/hot water of the shower. It was always changing. The moment you adjust it, it was changing again to very hot or very cold. They’ve changed the earpiece of the shower, but this did not help. They were not able to change the whole shower battery, since they had to stop the water in the whole hotel. Plus, the kitchen’s aspiration was passing through our bathroom and it was noisy! We were at the 4th floor with partial seaview, since the apartment was situated on the side of the hodel. There was no Wifi on the 4th floor. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach through a non asphalted road, which is one of the benefits of the hotel. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and steady. The people keeping the hotel were nice, but they have to do much more for the maintenance and keeping the rooms clean. Unfortunately, we would not visit the hotel again.

Very nice and quiet place
Reviewed By Antoaneta NHotel is very clean and hosts are polite and friendly. The kitchen was well equiped. The area is quiet and the place is suitable for people who enjoy silence and relaxation. What could be improved is the protection against mosquitos and inet connection. We hardly received a signal which we can use.

Our idea for Venti club was to create a place for the people who love the Black Sea, who enjoy water sports and relaxing in a homely atmosphere and harmony. The name "Venti" comes from the ancient Roman gods of the wind and it is a sign of our respect for the marine elements. We offer accommodation in apartments consisting of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. All apartments have a private balcony with table and chairs. In the garden you can find our tree house, hammocks, sunbeds and umbrellas and a pool. Besides cable television and wireless internet connection, you will find a library with books for every taste and some board games / chess, backgammon, dominoes and more/. Here you can rent bikes and go to Tsarevo / through a bike route/ where you can visit the History museum, catch a projection at the open-

Reviewed By bmvveturiaDear Users, be caution with this apartments because you can have same surprises. We, a family with one child, booked and completely paid and after a day the reservation was canceled. This isn't a good start for a nice holiday. It is the first time in our experience with Booking.com.
