Execellent place to stay in Da Lat!
Reviewed By Kate_Nguyen125We run to here from the camp art at late evening without any plan due to heavy rain. The resort is so huge and cozy. We just chose the basement room but it's so spacious and have almost everything we need. The breakfast buffet is ok, have terrace area where we could feel the chilling atmosphere of Da Lat while enjoying our breakfast. However, I think FB staff should be more cheerful to guests, they looked quite sleepy. Maybe the cool & rainy weather makes them be like that :D The resort is next to Tuyen Lam lake, we had a walk along there in the morning, which's so cool & chill (of course a bit tired whenever climbing up). We also visited the resort's "farms", so interesting, you should try this when you stay here. All the villas next/ near the Tuyen Lam Lake are so pretty also <3 The resort also provide complimentary shuttle bus to the town, but you need to register in advance. During our lunch, we just knew this, so we asked FB staff to help register for us (as we're eating). A male staff keep declining and told us to go to the receptionist counter by ourselves. However, if we go there after lunch, maybe no more slot for 3 of us. Luckily a female waitress was so kind to assist us with this little request and could reserve the shuttle bus for us on time. I forgot to ask her name to mention here. I hope if the managers read this review, please spread this supportive spirit to every staff. By this way, your resort will get higher and higher appreciation and satisfaction by guests. Last but not least, I must say thank you the shuttle bus driver. He's an old man but his driving skill is so good! We nearly got accident on the mountain pass as another 4-seat car from opposite sides dangerously crossed to our lane. I sat in the front seat, next to the driver, so I could see it clearly. Luckily, the driver's so calm and managed well, no crash happened. Hope if have another chance to come back Da Lat, I could spend longer time staying and enjoying at this resort.

Beautiful and lovely hotel
Reviewed By Priscilla RSuch a great hotel in Da Lat. Location is really good, take a few mins to downtown. Beyond that, the room, bed, and fixtures all was so new and modern. The staff was so lovely and very attentive. They were so helpful, ordering us taxis and sorting out our onward bus. Everything was perfect.

Nice enough hotel that needs some work
Reviewed By LelcharPositive- Location- The location was good- just a 5-10 minute walk from the night market, while not being in a noisy location. Rooms- Beds were comfortable enough and the hotel has strong wifi. Housekeeping do a good job of keeping it clean and it has a pleasant enough vintage aesthetic. Nearby- there is a bakery that has xoi and banh mi right next door that is really good and the alleys behind the hotel have convenience stores and coffee shops. Staff were polite. It would be even better if they gave things like map of area, tour options etc. Downsides Facilities- the gym and pool are not in this hotel (which isn't clear if booking here) and you need to walk to a different hotel a few minutes away to use them. Rooms- no plug sockets by bed. Randomly they have more UK style plug sockets than Vietnamese so with two people we struggled to charge our devices. Everything a bit worn eg- tiles cracked in bathroom, fan creaking and cracking all night. Breakfast- all quite cold and disappointing- definitely nowhere near what you would expect from 4 star quality. Motorbikes- They recommended I rent from them. However the brake pads were very worn and slow to brake and the helmets were the substandard vietnamese tin pots. I returned it after a few hours and then found a different place to hire from.

Fabulous hotel
Reviewed By roznkazThis new hotel really impressed us. Looked like a 5 star palace! The room and beds were perfect. The bathroom worked well. Everything was nice and clean. There was a big range to select from for the included breakfast, although there was more for the Asian taste. The staff were delightful with some speaking English better than others but they were willing to help with anything. Located on a quiet side road but not far out of the way. Good value!

Reviewed By Nam Tran NWe visited our old haunt Dalat Palace during Xmas 2021, and found a surprise. The hotel has remained unchanged, however the Rabelais Restaurant has continued to improve, both in presentations and in foods. Congrats to Master Chef Khoa and F&B Manager Cong. Our surprise was to see a mainly Vietnamese clientele in a fine dining experience in Dalat. The views from Rabelais are superb and unique in Vietnam. We are pleased to witness growing appreciations, and will surely return.

Especially, the staff (I think he is the manager) helped me so much, so I was able to come to Korea without any problems. Beautiful lake views and very friendly staffs. I sincerely want to visit with my family again. Thank you so much.

Reviewed By seoro6Mr. Happy is a perfect basis to visit Da Lat & surroundings. It's 3 minutes walking from the main bus station and 15 minutes from city. center. The hostel is clean ant it has very comfortable mattresses, hot water and good food. The young owner loves his job, welcomes you with a big smile and a cup of tea. He also helped me to buy a bus ticket during the TET festival while at the station every company said there was nont tickets available! Thank you mr. Happy and see you again!

Very bad experience at Ladalat Hotel
Reviewed By Maysweetie0905I really had a very worst experience at this hotel on 30-Apr holiday. The room called deluxe twin looks like a 3-star hotel standard and definitely not match with the pictures on my prepaid booking. The receptionists told me that there isnot available room for changing or even upgrading room. Then I suggested the hotel reserve my prepaid 3 nights for my next trip, and I will find another hotel for this trip. The director (his name is Chien) came to the room with the very unhappy attitude and told me that I must choose either staying for 2 nights or loosing money because the hotel policy allows 1-night prepaid reservation only. Frankly speaking, if you intent to book this hotel, I would recommend you to change your decision.

Reviewed By DusamaThey have airconditioner but only cooling option. It’s usually cool enough in Dalat to not need that. I asked the hotel and they said they don’t have heating option. This is very weird because it could get really cold at night

Reviewed By Kiet QThe location was good and convenient as it was located on a buzzling street and easy to get to the other places. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, room was old, outdated and dirty. I was assigned a room which was full of flying insects with stained bed wrapping and a broken air con. Room maid didn't mind to put the new water bottles in my room. Quite disappointed!
