Reviewed By L25AADuring these unprecedented times it is expected of hoteliers to be more accommodating with heightened uncertainty. I would think a million times before booking here ever again. My trip was cancelled to Spa, Belgium due to changes in Government travel regulations because of COVID-19!! After being ridiculed and dismissed by the hotel management. The staff was uncooperative in-turn we lost our 100% deposit to the hotel meanwhile we were assured of full cooperation during initial conversations, if we were to cancel our booking due to ever-evolving COVID-19 restrictions across the globe. It's a shame the mistrust being created by hotels as such.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the bar and restaurant are (under current ownership at least) permanently closed. This seems to be a real shame as they look great. Might have influenced our decision on where to stay if we has knows. And a bit naughty that they have not updated their website accordingly!! Would still stay again as location is great but will book food plans accordingly!

Excellent service and very clean
Reviewed By jover74Booked the familyroom "Montagne"and stayed here for 4 nights. Familyroom on the ground floor consists of separate bedrooms with twin beds. Rooms are modern and very clean. Same for the spacious bathroom. There's a joint kitchen (max 8 people) with free coffee, tea and water. Wifi worked well. Parking is right in front of the building. Location is just over a kilometer away from the highway. Nice country side view. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent (fresh breads, croissants, fruit, yoghourt, cheese, ham, egg etc.). Isabelle is a lovely host and makes sure everything is alright. Highly recommended.

Perfect bar for the F1
Reviewed By Lawro88We visited the Pitlane Lodge during the Belgian F1 and what an experience! Simon the barman/DJ was great and the staff were really accommodating. Simon churned out the classics on the wheels of steel and kept up a great atmosphere! Good pizza too! This is the bar to go to during the F1.

Stunning views, a great breakfast and the cares from owners Joëlle and Jacques made our trip a real joy, even while we had to respect COVID protocols. Totally recommended for long or short stay in the Spa/Francorchamps area if you are looking for a no-nonsense, modern and high quality B&B.

Klein hotel maar ruime kamers
Reviewed By BlackPredator72In de buurt van het circuit. Mooie nette kamers. Onder het hotel zit een restaurant wat elke avond vol zit. Kom je niet voor het racen, dan is er ook genoeg te doen in de omgeving (wandelen, fietsen, motorrijden, pretpark, dierentuin en genoeg restaurants).

Reviewed By Els ODeze B&B heeft mooie, nieuwe kamers met moderne badkamers met inloopdouche. De B&B is zeer rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij het circuit. De gastvrouw Annic is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam met bv. zoeken naar een restaurant. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en super lekker.

Reviewed By Marina TZeer goede ontvangst volgens corona regels, ruim ontbijt alles erop en eraan, met verschillende streekproducten, werd opgesplitst met andere gasten, gastvrouw deed haar best om Nederlands te praten. Kamer was zeer net en overal in het gebouw stond ontsmettingsgel. minder is de slaapbank omdat het onderstel een heel stuk smaller is dan de matras en zo de zijkanten afbuigen als je er op ligt en je het gevoel hebt om uit je bed te glijden. Is misschien goed voor jongere kinderen omdat die dan ook minder wegen.
