As you already know the Novotel's standard, this one is not missing any bit of it in contrary it's offering you a beautiful view of Constantine landscape from the lobby arear windows. The room are clean and quite and in the morning you will enjoy a very good breakfast with a variety of food & drinks, again nothing missing there too; you also can have your breakfast either at the restaurant, on the terrace or at the front garden. The staffs are very friendly, always there to help you. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back.

Outstanding and very friendly support from hotel direction to our activities in Constantine, they helped us solve the little problems you meet for cultural and logistic problems. They really took care of us, they accompained us to discover the wonderful Constantine. WiFi works intermittently, I suggest to have also a local SIM to communicate.

Reviewed By CorkWillieRoom was 4500 but comes with hot shower, modern private bathroom and breakfast. It's in a central location in walking distance of the amazing bridges and other attractions as well as restaurants and shops. The staff speak English (not many do in Algeria) and a tour can be arranged to Tiddis Roman ruins for a reasonable price. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast includes eggs which is again a rarity. Best bang for buck I had accommodation wise in Algeria.

Reviewed By lilamarslonWe stayed at this hotel and everything was perfect: the hosts were polite and helpful, good wifi, hot water and good power pressure, comfortable and warm rooms and well organised breakfast. We will be back if we return to Constantine which is also amazing! They also organised a taxi service for us. Thank you! Nous sommes restées a cet hotel et tout a été parfait: les hôtes étaient polis et serviables, le wifi fonctionne bien, l'eau est chaude et contient une bonne pression,les chambres sont confortables et chaudes et le petit dej bien organisé. Nous reviendrons loger ici si nous revenons a Constantine qui est sublime. Nous hôtes nous ont aussi aider a prendre un taxi etc. Merci!

On to the CONs: (granted, i had a less than stellar stay, so...) the rooms are, although somewhat comical to view, not pleasant to spend any length of time within; I killed a cockroach immediately upon walking in to my room, the flourescent blubs make a loud humming noise whenever on, the beds are AWFUL (no really, worst i have seen in a long LONG time), there were bread crumbs in the sheets, the pillows are like rocks, older than dirt, and generally unclean (I awoke with sinus congestion from whatever allergens/residual smoke had been infesting them for the last couple of decades). Bathroom is typical to area - no shower curtain, handheld shower, etc. Hot water was limited.
