Reviewed By bikerjoe15Arrived at the hotel earlier at about 11am due to my flight timing. This place is located about 10mins walk from JR Namba Station. It occupies the whole 3rd, 4th & 6th floor of an office-looking building. Male and female cabins have separate entrances via access passcards which feels very safe. There are safety boxes in a common area, vending machine, laundry machines, chat corners, dining area, smoking room, and Japanese bath facilities. Simple Japanese breakfast (4 dishes), cereal, juices etc for 500 yen person. Very near to Kuromon market and other street stores. Convenience store located nearby. Level B1 leads to the subway as there is no worries of rain. It’s a pity request for early check is not available (normal check in time is 3pm). Totally recommended if you are a single traveller and don’t mind the lack of door locks to your cabin room (although there is a lockable drawer under the bed. Price is reasonable (PJs and basic toiletries provided) for the First Class Cabin room that I booked for 5000 yen a night. Staff speaks understandable English.

Reviewed By waooc仕事の関係で1泊しました。 2月にオープンしたばかりらしく、館内は綺麗で清掃も行き届いているなと感じました。ウィルス対策もしっかりしているようで、除菌清掃をしているスタッフの方を1日に何度か見かけ、安心して泊まることができました。 カプセル内もちょっと広いのかゆったり過ごせたし、アメニティーも充実してて良かったです！ また近くに来た時は利用したいと思います

This is Hotel Morning Box Osaka Shinsaibashi. The hotel opened in September 2019. You can freely use the spacious common space such as a public bath and a lounge. There are many room types to choose from, depending on your budget and how you spend your time. The location is excellent, with a 6-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and a 1-minute walk from Nagahoribashi Station.

Amazing Hotel!
Reviewed By natesl8erI recently stayed at this hotel on 26/9/19. My mates and I were in Japan for the Rugby World Cup, and had booked the Hotel Cargo before hand. We wanted the experience of staying in a capsule hotel. Let me tell you what an amazing experience it was! First the hotel is very clean, modern, and upscale. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I am 6’1 feet tall and weigh 220 lbs. I was a little nervous I would not fit in the sleeping space. When I arrived I was very relieved to find out that not only did I physically fit, the room was very cozy and quite comfortable! I did not feel claustrophobic at all. The biggest testament to the staff came after my stay. When I returned to the States, in a shear moment of fear and despair realized I had accidentally left my brand new official USA rugby jersey I had just purchased ($100) in the room! This was the one thing I wanted to purchase on my visit, and I had lost it! I contacted the hotel, who had found it, sent them my address, and the hotel is shipping it back to me free of charge to the USA. I can not say how thankful I am to Yamaguchi and the rest of the staff!!! And so thankful to all the Japanese people, such an amazing host country! Thank you Hotel Cargo for such a wonderful experience!

Reviewed By masvero104This is a clean, well-run establishment in a fantastic location close to restaurants & shopping. Both male & female facilities had great amenities and were quiet. The front desk spoke English during our evening check-in and our morning check-out. The capsules were on the older side, there was an AM radio :) But they served their purpose well. There were only 4 showers in the women’s area, but we were up early enough there wasn’t a line.

Toiletries and kimono are supplied, communal shower and the breakfast is lovely. Super convenient location to Osaka station and the visa office.

Reviewed By papa8800建物はかなりレトロだけど、メンテナンスは良くされているので、大変快適に利用できました。 アカスリを利用しましたが、大変丁寧で、肌がツルツルになりました。 カプセルは広くて、コンセントにTVもついて言うことなし。 無料でつく朝食は、シンプルながらお腹一杯になりました。 梅田から一駅で、京都や神戸へのアクセスは最高。 ただ、周辺はなかなかディープなエリアなので、その点を注意すれば大変コスパ良し。

Reviewed By addhi ythe hotel location is very strategic. 5 mins walk to convenience store/atm, 5 walk mins to near station, 15 mins walk to Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi marketplace. The neighborhood is very quiet and very clean. they have a nice bar with friendly staff. you get a good breakfast. the best value hotel for solo traveler in Osaka.
