Very nice apart-hotel with spacious Wohnungen, clean, well-furnished. Nice wellness area, parking facilities. Good breakfast,, lovely staff.

Fantastic Host
Reviewed By rpsfredrikThis is a place where you get fold by your first impression. The "style" is not exactly a Austrian traditionally style , this is more of a mixture of traditionally and Italian Pizzeria . But this doesn't matter though the food is fantastic and the host is really friendly. I have a real unusual allergy but this was no problem at all. The owner prepared each evening a fantastic dinner specially for me. This is so pricey and nice.

Owner and staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of tips re restaurants, commuting to local and neighboring resorts, offered a discount voucher for a rental shop etc. The location is fantastic, ski bus stop across the road, Billa 2 min walk, train station to Mayerhofen 5 min walk, number of restaurants around. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is very good value for money. We will be back!

Reviewed By LouiseroemerThe rooms are clean and perfect for ski holiday. The have heated rooms downstairs. Some of the staff could be a bit more helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of bread, cheese, jam, yoghurt. The dinner was fine.

Awful in so many ways
Reviewed By Jonas FI don’t even know where to start to give this so called guesthouse a fair description. But I’ll try to be objective and factual. The room we got was sparsely decorated with minimum furniture (one table, two chairs and one wardrobe), which is challenging if you are on a ski vacation and have o lot of gear. The not so attractive features of our room was that our balcony door was broken and not possible to close properly, the furniture were unusable since the were in such a poor condition (e.g. the wardrobe lacked shelfs, the chairs and table were broken etc) and the water pressure in the shower was so low that every now and then it was impossible to shower. Even though I pointed out all these deficiencies to the staff the first day none of them were fixed during our stay. But to be fair the beds are quite comfy and the bathroom is ok. If we move on to the food I recommend you eat elsewhere. Breakfast is ok even though it’s quite poor. But the dinner was by far the worst I had since I went to school. Processed, over-cooked, tasteless and pre-fab are words that sums it up. If we turn to service and staff engagement it can best be described as non existence, e.g. during our entire week the reception unmanned. You got the feeling you were more of a problem than a valued customer. In connection to the hotel there is a bar. As opposed to all other indoor bars in the village that we went to they allow smoking inside, and they had quite a few regulars. The effect was that more or less the entire hotel smells of smoke. Even the glass they served Coke to the kids smelled of smoke and ash. Apart from the bar, that is off limit unless you are a fan of passive smoking, the hotel lacks areas for socialisation. There is however a table and two benches on the first floor in the hallway that could be used for board games or playing card. But since there was no light over the table it was unusable. Even tough Zell am Ziller is a quiet and drowsy village the guesthouse is located in a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic. And since the sound isolation from the windows and the broken balcony door were more or less zero we were quite disturbed by the noice. I’ll stop there since I think I already made my point. If above description doesn’t feel attractive, then stay away from this guesthouse.

Reviewed By romonap2016Zeer nette appartmenten. Erg modern ingericht. Keuken heeft alles, vaatwasser en oven. Bedden zijn opgemaakt en handdoeken aanwezig. Ook voor de keuken uitgebreid assortiment. ‘S ochtends kun je broodjes bestellen. Allemaal zeer netjes geregeld. Je kunt met de skibus voor de deur opstappen en terug kun je met een kleine wandeling van 200meter terug skieen tot het appartement. Je zit wel buiten het centrum, dat is 10min rijden.

From this location you can reach everything like Zillertal Arena, Gerlos, Mayrhofen, Krimmler Wasserfalle and more. There is an activity center with mini golf, soccer field, volleyball. Worth recommending!
