There are many places in Mayrhofen area that serve the standard stuff at normal to high prices, mainly Meat.
This is a fish place, in fact a trout place, trout in any version including garlic, classic, onions, in ham, etc. All at reasonable prices and a good service.
A bit offsite ... Worth the trip. Reserve a table - at 8pm it is crowded with people waiting.

At Hofer´s Wirtshäusl, directly located at the camping side, Tyrolean specialties, international treats and homemade pizza can be found on the menu. The kitchen team emphasizes the use of the finest and freshest ingredients, seasonal fruits and vegetables, meat and dairy products from Tyrolean farmers as well as herbs from our own garden. Next to the spacious sunny Terrace with around 50 seats our dining area with about 70 seats is highly suitable for enjoying meals with family and friends as well as having Christmas parties or business and family celebrations.

This is the fourth time I have visited this brilliant location and I am always greeted with a very warm welcome from everyone there . The accommodation is excellent with comftable beds and clean rooms in the guest house with great views of the gorgeous mountain range outside ! The restaurant offers first class food and a great bar area for a well deserved drink after a days activities in this beautiful part of the world ! I can highly recommend Campingdorf Hofer to anyone who just wants to relax and be surrounded by great people and stunning views .

We searched for Rosi's hutte we visited about 10 years ago, but found a nice new restaurant. Business model: Schntizels! The photo is an XXL schnitzel, but you can have a children's size as well. Don't expect 'haute cuisine', it's a mountain restaurant frequented by skiers (run 18).
Outside you have a wonderful mountain view, inside the Austrian 'gemütlichkeit'.

my wife and I spend the evening for our anniversary at Sieghards and enjoyed the "Geniesser Dinner" . Excellent and attentive Service, well balanced menue of appetizer, main course and dessert and accompanying wines, a perfect balance of Food and Wine, congratulations to the chef and Sommelier !!
The experience was well worth every euro !!

A must visit when skiing in Hochzillertal. The restaurant is busy be they handle it well with no real wait times.The food is good and better than most mountain restaurants. What an amazing view! Half way on run number 18 we found this gem. We decided to order Wiener schnitzel (what else?) . When they arrived we couldn't believe our eyes! You better be hungry when you visit this place as I can assure you you've never seen a schnitzel that size! Even better if you wash it down with a local beer and you are ready to carry on down number 18 to the next chairlift! Highly recommended!

Over the counter sales of hot and cold specialities you can eat there or to take away. Simple, local, delicious food at a very good price, almost all the time crowded by meat lovers. And after enjoying food there, you can buy there also pretty rare food to take home - for example wild boar ham, deer sausages etc. Really nice!

We are just after an amazing dinner at this place. We tried soups, warm & cold starters and mains as well. Each dish was excellent and huge so we couldn't finish all of them. The bill was €30/person with a drink.
Only thing on the con side is that they seemed to be a tad understaffed, we had to wait for our orders a bit longer.

As we were staying at an aparthotel, we spent the Christmas Eve in the restaurant of this very nice hotel. Everything was very good: the food, the service, the atmosphere. They even had prepared small gifts for the children. Our 5-year old boy was very happy with the small toy he received.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, they had good draft Zell Weiss beer, oven baked pizza and a varied menu which suited all!
What I particularly liked was the decor! Modern, bright, colourful design which created a warm and welcoming ambience! Also very good value for money! Highly recommended!
