Reviewed By ruandyou別館たまやに泊まりました。お部屋と料理のクオリティ、温泉は貸切風呂、泉質の良さ、スタッフの対応も素晴らしい、すべてを勘案してもコスパが良すぎます。リピーターさんも多いそうで、確かに納得です。湯田川温泉自体の雰囲気も良いです。スタッフのえつこさんはとても温かい人でした。楽しい時間を過ごしました。 I stayed at Annex Tamaya. You can enjoy 5 hot springs, the original Kuhei has 2 and Annex Tamaya has 3. The room was Japanese traditional style, but furniture was modern style. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I enjoyed the stay.

TAMONKAN is nearest hotel to HAGUROSAN,GASSAN,DEWASANZAN.TAMONKAN is more than 300 years old,and its building was made about 100 years ago.About 15minutes'walk,you'd see the five-stories pagoda(national treasure)in HAGUROSAN.

The hot-spring town of Yutagawa has a rich 1300-year history. The water of our hot spring is very soft and not too hot, so you can relax and get a healthy body. Tsukasaya's traditional Japanese style meals use local Shonai foods, including fresh vegetables and fish, as well as local rice. Of course, we also have lots of delicious local sake! Quiet Ryokan experience
Reviewed By SbrmattWonderful mid-range ryokan. Very friendly, family run, accommodating, nice meals, quiet little town, and just a block away from a super cute local bar. This is not an spot with a high volume of foreign visitors and has been a great visit for a few days.

Reviewed By mid1101鶴岡駅からは線路沿いに歩いてエスモール裏を通り過ぎ、踏切を渡ったところにあります。徒歩7〜8分と考えると安全だと思います。大きくはありませんが、新しいホテルのようで、設備はきれいです。女性用の大浴場は洗い場が4つの小規模なものですが、やはり部屋のユニットバスに入るのとは気分が違います。お湯も温泉とのことでした。時期が時期だけに、朝ごはんがお弁当配布だったのが残念ですが、とてもコスパの良いホテルだと思います。 スタッフの方の対応も暖かみを感じるもので、良かったです。お世話になりました。

Fantastic Stay
Reviewed By ChiC323We booked this hotel as part of our Yamagata trip, and this was perhaps one of the best Ryokan experiences. The traditional room was very clean, and the food was surprisingly good for the price. Owner speaks English and was extremely helpful. We arrived during the first snow of Yamagata, and the property was beautiful. This Ryokan was also rich with history, and has been passed down from generation to generation. The location is closed to the Haguro Pagoda, which is definitely worth a visit. We can't recommend this Ryokan enough!

Reviewed By 2fewpassportpagestypical Japanese onsen hotel. Slightly tired decor but rooms are large and seafacing. The basement onsen and rotemburo are functional but not aesthetically stunning. Great service and food. Wifi in lobby. Solo stay was arranged by the town travel agent (believe it usually only takes 2pax reservations)
