Tiny rooms but with a playful decor, nice staff
Reviewed By Vandana GWe booked for the world cup and there aren't too many options. The rooms are really tiny but they are clean and well decorated. The breakfast is at a time of your request and comes made for you at that time in the common kitchen. Don't expect the staff to speak English, use google translate.

Iconic
Reviewed By JimGSDFor many of us over the age of 40 in the US, we grew up thinking that we would never get to see the Kremlin. We are glad that we got to see this iconic place, along with Red Square and St. Basil’s Cathedral, which are all in the same area. Behind the walls of the Kremlin, along with Soviet-era concrete buildings, there are a number of beautiful old churches from past centuries. The President’s home and office are here as well, although they are off-limits, of course. We are definitely glad that we checked the box and went behind the walls of the Kremlin.

cosy room for short stays
Reviewed By EwelinCzeI spent 2 nights in Chocolate Hotel and must say that it was very comfortable and clean as for the value of money paid. It is great for short stays. Breakfast are tasty and in your room you can find some candies, water, tea and instant coffee for free as well as paid drinks in mini bar. I recommend it :)

Welcome!On the closed territory of 4 storey building there are 27 luxury apartments of different categories. There are both smoking and non-smoking rooms. The interior of the Hotel Complex Emerald rooms is presented in great color palette which underlines of luxury and elegance, softness and comfort.

Reviewed By SS69aOK hotel without elevator. A/C was a big help. Reception personnel was poorly trained. Would recommend for short (1-2 nights), anything longer - maybe look for something else. On a positive note, only a few hundred meters from the LADA plant.

The staff is incredible kind. We booked a superior room, and, for a misunderstanding they rented. Te refund they.offer us a luxury. An uncommun behaviour.

Good hotel
Reviewed By Daniele RI stayed in the hotel for one month for business reason. My room(103) was big and every day very clean. The breakfast was not the best but every morning the staff tried to prepare something new! All the staff was really nice and even if they didn't speak a good English, they tried always to do their best to help me! I really suggest this hotel for business trip!

It was heater, but with On position was no air to breath. Bed is horrible. Very very very soft, so my back was sad next few weeks. This doing massage. Breakfast was poor and strange. But with sparkling vine ))) Never ever again. Only chain hotels. With real stars.

We went there during World Cup 2018 (July 2018) (Warning: I was forced to change the travel date to be able to put my comment). Hotel and surroundings are really beautiful but what we do not like at all was to see several animal confined in cages in the yards, some of them were really thin and had a terrible sad look. We consider this completely unnecesary even there is a hunting field near there. I strongly suggest the hotel to avoid having those animals there in cages, it does not make sense at all.
