Reviewed By nino2986I have been in that place with my woman for few days, the location was amazing, the room had just couple problems, for me was very important to have nice shower but it was very slow, no ventilation in the bathroom and in 4 days, we never had cleaning lady to set up the bed or clean toilet. The first day of our vacation the meal was very good, tasty and nice, but from the second day, there was another chef, I'm sorry for him but each meal was horrible, the meat was hard to cut and chew, most of meals from the menu was not enable, we didn't try anything good from that chef, absolutely disappointed. In the end, we asked in the reception about shift for bus, they gave us information, in the room there was even a paper with all info about bus's shift, but unfortunately it was wrong, and we organized our trip because of that, so we lost the bus (it was early) and we called the reception to have some information, but the just thing what they said was "we are sorry, but we are not responsible about bus's shift" For me was unbelievable, they gave wrong information and then they don't take care of it! But they proposed us to buy their service to bring us till the town for 800 ₴ Very smart! The waiters was ok And the reception Anastasia was kind person too. The manager, better to change him because he is absolutely not professional and not competent about accomodations service

Reviewed By UAprofessorI was here for a week. Great location to walk places. Room was very large with a separate seating area. Modern bathroom, nice balcony, comfy bed. Ate breakfast in the restaurant daily. Good options. There is a large cafe on ground floor that is very cheap and tasty, but full of middle and high school kids at lunch. It connects to the fancier resto-bar of the hotel's same name. I found everyone to be helpful. Housekeeping did not always take the tip I left. Never saw the pool or hammam.

Excellent choice
Reviewed By Loredana_svRooms are clean, nice, bed comfortable. Location is easy to access if you follow the main road from Romania boarder, you just have to turn left after you leave on the right DEPOt mall. The hotel is on the left not far away after you turned left, across the street is a vegetable market. You have parking. Breakfast is available and I highly recommend you to choose because is delicious and more than decent priced (100 ucranian money per person per day, that means around 3 Eur). Coffee is incredibly good. Keep in mind that early hours at breakfast- 7-8.30, because starting 9 o'clock in the restaurant they serve meals. Exception seems to be Sunday. Be prepared to have minimal conversation at the reception in English. This is a point that the hotel needs to improve. If you just want to walk to the center is around 25 or 30 minutes walk. By car, obviously, you reach it faster. If you visit Cernivtski you should try Gopachok restaurant ( rated nr 1 on TripAdvisor). And also you have a nice one near the hotel - follow the road ( of the hotel- turn left as you exit it) till the end and on the left you will find a nice restaurant with tasty dishes- ask for the name of the reception of the hotel - Kampana. I highly recommend this hotel.

Reviewed By edotanWe booking this hotel for 9nights because we have a bussiness trip in chernivtsi. We booked this hotel because its written nearby to the place we have to work. The hotel beds so dirty and seems like they never change it from one customer to another. Pillow like have been use for decade! Wifi mostly doesn't work and receiptionist doesn't speak english at all complicated to communicaye with the staff. Beside that, inside room they didn't provide any water bottle or at least glass / cup to drink! Its the worst hotel we have ever been..!

Reviewed By Liz TLocation is very good: short walk to the center of the city. Still, it was quiet. Parking for the car directly at the house in fenced area. Very spacious room, a bit dark, but well lit. Very good value for money. Apparently little has been invested in recent years and there are now a number of renovations and replacements necessary. This concerns especially our saggy bed, which was also quite small. The staff was not very cooperative. In particular, to complain about, our TV did not work and no one in the house wanted to deal with this problem.

Just hotel
Reviewed By SwimpowerThe hotel is not bad but a bit far from city center. Difficult to find taxi. If you will decide to walk it takes around 20-25 min to city hall. We stayed in Junior Suite, the room was big enough, mosquitoes net on windows, balcony with sofa, big bathroom but no shelves and 1pack of shampoo for two. Good 'king size' bed. Not enough furniture in the room. Breakfast is expensive and not included in the room rate. In general the hotel is not bad but nothing special.

В номере чисто, аккуратно, тепло. Приятно удивил огромный телевизор, возможность заказать еду в номер и даже зубные щетки с пастой - не все отели предлагают ;))) Сейчас утро. Пойдём исследовать ресторан Реберня, который находится на 1 этаже.

Basic hotel with friendly and helpful staff but not good service
Reviewed By Nadiya KThis hotel is about 15 minutes by trolley-bus from the center, located in the industrial zone, so do not expect a good view from your room. It is located in 1 minutes walk from the trolley-bus stop (#4). The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the room was not clean and it was not cleaned within 2 days of my stay. Towels were washed, but there were some stains on them. Dust was everywhere, and a big spider web in the bathroom. The best was a bad - big, clean and cosy.
