Warm, cozy, nice design, spacious room

As I called from the taxi on my to the hotel, we were personally, warm, welcomed by Philippe who waited for us outside. Once you enter the hotel you can clearly see the designer has done a great job. The check-in was smooth, warm and helpful! Upon entering the room we were embraced with a warm feeling we were entering our own bedroom instead of a hotel room. The room is nice and spacious, fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable, there was a desk with a PC. When you enter the bathroom, everything was there from hair drier to hairspray.... It is very clear the owners have given it some thought, which is highly appreciated. The bed: very big, very comfortable! Location wise it is great. It is very close to the station we arrived at with the KTX from Seoul. Further in a few minutes walk one can catch a number of city buses or the subway. Right behind the hotel is the nice Yongdusan Park with it's "Busan Tower", as well as the main shopping area is also very near by (walking distance). Unfortunately we realized that only 2 days in Busan was too short, as it is a very nice city, with very friendly, warm and helpful people, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again during our next stay!

Great stay for Busan
Reviewed By Bogi1507We decided to stay in Busan for four days and looking for a place to stay which will cover everything we wanted to visit, to taste to shop - K guesthouse pop up The accomodation is on the last four floor a centrally located building. We asked for a room with a view and got one with a beathifull view of the sea The stuff was always helpful The metro is few m walk, the bus to the airport some 10 min, the bus to Gamcheon some 15 m and so on The escalatir som 200 m The street with restaurant under The fish market just across the street The room were clean, not very big but have everything we needed The breakfast was included an also satisfactory So Ill recommend this fir your next stay

Very spacious and even the toilet had a separate area for the toilet bowl and bath tub. Cleanliness of the whole room is spick and span, bedsheets smelled very clean everyday and I was very impressed that a small hotel like this had such high hygiene levels. Just FYI I usually prefer staying in international chains for comfort reasons but have no regrets choosing Lion Hotel for my stay in Busan! The kids loved the tub and comfy beds. The toilet bowl seat was warm and comfy in winter. Also has buttons to press to wash yourself so really convenient. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Reviewed By May0145Our room was a bit dark as the frosted window faced out to a wall but it had hall the things you need in a room and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was good and AC worked fine, the AC remote is in korean but there are english translations on a poster in the elevator! The worst thing about the room was the the the toilet and shower are separate rooms so each have sliding doors that do not seal off most sound from the bed area and is actually pretty close to it because the room is small. Not a huge problem but should bear in mind. Staff at reception were helpful and spoke enough english. Laundry is available for free - you just put your own washing in the machine but there's no dryer. Okay location, 5 mins walking distance to beach. Overall good stay, loved the staff.

Reviewed By thaiminhsonHotel located near Busan tower and BIFF square (Busan International Film Festival) which has night market and lot of street foods. Lotte mall nearby and near Nampo subway station. Just a short distance to walk every where. The room was large and comfortable but no view.

Exceptional Service, They couldn't do more!
Reviewed By StevenwardI was only here for the one night but they managed to impress me more than I have been in places I have stayed in for over 2 weeks. On arrival, I was greeted with smiles and made to feel very welcome. I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room for free because the guy who was booking me in thought I had too much luggage for the room I had booked. I was checked in speedily and then directed to my room. On entering the room I was greeted by a clean, tidy and stylish room. The room was full of useful technology and came with free and very good air con. The bathroom was just as impressive and clean. The room also comes complete with any toiletries that you could think of! Everything is catered for. Down to a spare toothbrush! I had a comfortable nights sleep with no noise. On checking out I was greeted in the same manner as I was checked in with, also the same guy. I asked if he would be able to call me a taxi to my destination, to which he replied that would be no problem. 5 minutes later he turns up and ushers me to the street, he brought round his own car and drove me the short journey to my destination, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. All of this was done with a smile and a bow at the end. I can not recommend this place enough, the service goes over and above anything, I have actually experienced before. If I ever find myself in Busan again, this will be my first port of call!!!! Do yourself a favour and book here, you'll not regret it! Thank you again, Hotel Grey!

Reviewed By David TLovely new hotel with large rooms and easy $1.40 access by metro. Absolutely the best hotel deal on this trip. Right in the middle of the nightlife. Free car parking. I was worried about booking such a cheap hotel but it is better in every way than many twice the price. Reception spoke English, were on 24 hours, upgraded me and didn’t charge any extras. I cannot speak highly enough. My only criticism is that bed was hard. Welcome to Asia! So simple to get there from Busan Gimhae airport. There is only one Metro line. Pay 1400 Won, about $US1.40 and get off at the third stop, Sasang. This is the end of the line and the train reverses for the next journey so you can’t go wrong. The walk is easy from there; just 100 metres I guess, with easy bag-rolling paved streets. You can do it! Please give me a helpful vote if I helped?
