Интерьер оформлен со вкусом, номера опрятные и уютные, регулярно убирают, всё чисто и комфортно, хороший wi-fi, для удалённой работы подошёл. Но самое главное в этом отеле - это его персонал! Невероятно приятные, радушные люди, которые являются жемчужиной этого места. Нунэ, Эмма и каждый/ая, кого я не назвал - все как будто ваши лучшие друзья, родители и бабушки. Нам оказали очень тёплый приём, было так хорошо, что было жалко уезжать. Обязательно вернусь ещё ❤️

Reviewed By oldo11Really great service ! Every day owner Albert several times met with me and personaly tried to help me with any kind of problems. But there were non . From nice , clean, well equiped room with even jakuzi in a bathroom to delicious breakfast always on time. His right hand Susan speaks also english so if my very poor russian language knowledge was not enough she help me imediatelly;-) Albert arranged also my transport from airport and to airport . Hotel is so close to city center . And just on the other side of street there is a circular park where i every morning did my jogging from hotel to Cascades and back;-) i suggest this hotel to everyone who wanna enjoy nice time in Yerevan !

Reviewed By NCHospitalityWe came 1 day earlier than our booking date. Ms. Tater in reception tried to help us and even they are full that day, we can get a room. Thanks to Ms. Tatev The room is just right for couple. They have enough space for luggages. This hotel has elevator. The toilet has bidet, it is important for me, so I am happy they have this. The breakfast is really delicious! The location: it’s a little bit in the inside of an alley but it’s not dangerous. In the beginning of the alley there is a bbq stand. So it’s your landmark to find this hotel. Thank you to Ms. Tatev.

Reviewed By ZL87Встречали новый год в Ереване. Для проживания выбрали Alex Hotel, и не пожалели) Замечательная хозяйка Анна встретила нас вином и фруктами) Спасибо ей большое за гостеприимство! Отель располагается в самом центре, в частной зоне. До этого проехались по разным отелям, посмотрели номера и цены. В основном хостелы в центре, предлагают кровать в общей комнате или отдельный, но без удобств. У крупных отелей очень высокие цены. Поэтому, мы остановили свой выбор на Alex Hotel, так как по цене и качеству он лучше остальных. У нас была кровать на двоих (отдыхал с девушкой), в номере чисто и все новое, есть холодильник, чайник и все принадлежности, своя ванная комната, кондиционер. Жили в 5 минутах от церкви Святого Саркиса. Вкусные завтраки. Если планируете прилететь в Ереван на новый год, то лучше трансфер заказать заранее. В 22.00 уже нет никого в аэропорту, через приложение также невозможно вызвать. Такая же ситуация с обменом денег, банки закрываются в районе 3-4 дня. Лучше купить местную валюту в Москве, чтобы оплатить отель, такси и осталось на проживание в течение двух дней (31 декабря -1 января). Для них это семейный праздник, практически никто не работает 1-го числа. Отмечают красиво, ярко, по-доброму. Нам очень понравилось) Еще раз благодарим Анну за душевную атмосферу!!!

Анна, Артур, Армен и Нарине приняли нас так тепло и заботливо, что лучше просто невозможно. Непременно приедем еще!

Reviewed By Yvan_69_2017Une guesthouse simple, bien placée, tenue par une personne d'une très grande gentillesse qui ne parle que l'arménien ou le russe mais grâce à GoogleTranslate nous avons pu communiquer et elle a été d'une très grande écoute vis-à-vis de toutes nos demandes. Chambre très propre. Grande cuisine à disposition. Possibilité de faire une lessive. Hautement recommandable.
