Everything was incredible and the entire staff made us feel at home the entire time. From the amazing breakfast every morning to the late night room service, all of the food was delicious. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. Last but not least, the hotel was in a perfect location. Easily walkable to anything that you would want to do with a perfect view of the water and the sunset in the evening. We felt like we did not even have to leave our balcony to experience the views! We would highly recommend Charisma Suites to anyone traveling to Santorini.

I believe Banyan Tree should review the agreement they have managing this hotel because this will be bad publicity on their name. I will try to keep this review short since it is always sad to make a negative review. The positive: Location. From this locations you can quickly access beaches on both sides of the Island, East and West. Also a quick drive to many sightseeing locations. Close to Benitses centre where You find many great Restaurants. The seeting on the Hill with Beautiful views to Ionian Sea and nice Infinity Pool. We had support from a lovely Concierge, Katia. She was the exception in kindness among the staff. The negatives: Bad service overall from restaurants, beach, pool and Housekeeping. They have a lot of staff but they are under trained and seem to be unhappy. Some of the staff was not friendly, and a few times displayed an aggressive attitude towards us, when we asked for the most simple things. Breakfast, below standard for a Banyan Tree 5 stars hotel in what concerns food quality and diversity. Caffe takes forever to be brought to the table. Often just when we had ended our meal. The floor was never cleaned between clients and a few times I had to mind where to step to avoid fallen food getting to my shoes. Housekeeping. Terrible. Rooms where poorly cleaned. Twice, while having the privacy light on, staff came in to my room. And we where not fully dressed. The corridors accessing the rooms where dirty the whole time. Beach Bar food is just cold sandwiches or salads and with poor quality. Room. We were given a connecting room although we asked for individual room. We where told the hotel was fully booked and we could not move to another. Next day we got a call telling us they had another room but we had already unpacked. And yes You can hear everything that goes on, on the connecting neighbouring room. Upon arrival until checking out nobody asked us if we enjoyed our stay. Exception to a bell boy that helped us with our luggage when leaving. I could share more negatives but it isn't a pleasure to do so. We also spoke with other guests who shared the same feeling of disappointment. Sadly I cannot recommend this hotel.

Loved having breakfast delivered Every morning to our balcony All the staff we came into contact with were really helpful and friendly Santorini is stunning and has to be seen to be believed It is expensive though so bring plenty of spending money There are some nice restaurants nearby and I also managed to walk into fira and back which at 7 months pregnant was no mean feat .

Amazing Hotel and Staff
Reviewed By Graham WA quite exceptional hotel right on the beach at the end of the beach strip. From the warm welcome to the back up help on departure should the flight be delayed or cancelled the staff at this hotel were exceptional. On reception, Stathis, Thavos, Euily & Georgia plus Agapi, Kostas and the rest of the Restaurant team always checking how things were with a smile. The food was top quality, the breakfast so fresh with constant replenishing and as others have said staff who remembered your drinks order. We had the evening buffet @ €25 pp such good value with different hot choices each night. Food is never piping hot that is the style everywhere but always hot enough with warm plates. The buffet came with free bottled water. The restaurant was staffed so well there was never a wait for a table or dirty plates and every effort was made to find a table that suited it was run with great organisation. Room keeping was top notch with towels changed daily and linen every two days couldn't ask for more. Reception made a point of saying if a problem occured to advise them straight away and they would sort it and they were true to their word with a minor issue we had plus followed it up throughout the week. The grounds were immaculate with none stop cleaning everywhere was so well kept. As mentioned by others the airport flight path crosses the front of the hotel so there is some plane noise and they appear low but the planes are infrequent and can be quite an interesting sight. Certainly no guests seemed bothered with it. Lots of freshwater pools around the complex with sunbeds to use plus plenty of beach sunbeds and umbrellas. Plus if you feel lazy a beach refreshment service from the restaurant with a linked button on each umbrella table. The adjacent strip has a multitude of bars and restaurants with some entertainment. Getting around the bus stop to Fira was a 10 minute walk, frequent services and only €1-60 so easy to visit the main places. All in all a very enjoyable stay at the Costa Grand and certainly one to consider for returning to in the future. Thank you all at the Costa Grand.

Reviewed By Jennymchale144Stayed at Nikis for 1 week Wow! what a fantastic place, rooms and public areas very clean, lovely garden and quiet not to mention the new area at the back which is not quite finished, beautiful pool, 2 lovely new apartment blocks, bar, snacks with comfortable seating where you can enjoy Nikis lovely breakfast by the pool, well worth the extra for breakfast. We would very much like to thank Niki, Lever and rest of the staff for a wonderful time and for looking after so well xx

Great value drinks and food, which are all presented beautifully, love the strawberry dacquiri's ?. Beautiful pools and lots of comfortable sunbeds. The apartments have been upgraded to a high standard and are quite roomy even with 4 of us staying in a 1 bedroom apartment, ours had a massive balcony which was a bonus plenty of hot water in shower, bathroom though a little bit on small side, but hey can't everything especially for what we paid, extremely great value for money and apartment was very clean, no problem getting fresh towels or toilet rolls either. Would we stop again definitely and hopefully very soon in near future. We loved Yannis Manos and can't recommend it highly enough, till the next time guys, yamas

The grounds are spacious there is no hemmed in feel at all. 10 minutes walk and you are down in the main part of Katelios and the beach. Perfect!

The rooms were extremely clean, good size and tidy. We really enjoyed our balcony and terrace as well, where we had breakfast with a view. We also had a jacuzzi, ut never had the time to try it, so instead we used the hotel pool, which was perfect! Location is jsut a 10 minute walk from restaurants and bay area, and the reception could organize us transfers to mykonos town or quad rentals in minutes. I really hope to come back again one day, and I definitely recommend this place!

A well thought out and planned swimming and sunbathing area. The pools and pool areas are all very clean and so is everywhere else. Breakfast was outstanding and could not be faulted in any way. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure that you are looked after without being too intrusive. The evening meal was delicious and so was the wine that George recommended. The bar area overlooks the beach and serves a great Pina Colada and other cocktails. We had a ground floor room with a terrace which had a sea view. The room was large with a nice kitchenette area which we didn't need to use as there are some tavernas a short walk away. The bed was large and very comfortable and the location was very peaceful at night and we went to sleep listening to the sound of the sea. The only downside is that we had to leave after 6 nights and we wished we had booked for a longer stay. Thank you to ALL of the staff (even the ones not seen) for an amazing stay!
