A beautiful experience
Reviewed By PritiK787We stayed at the suite in this hotel. The hotel is located away from the centre, but offers an excellent view from the hill top. The swimming pool was right next to our suite and the view from the poolside was excellent as well. Breakfast was served in the room and we really enjoyed the sumptous breakfast. Staff were accomodating to our requests. We had an excellent stay at Mount blue Kandy

Reviewed By DevindeeFirst of all need to thank all the guests who post a review on this lovely palace , which help us to pick this place, we read and yes we do recommend and agreed to stay more than one day because of the amazing staff members in this palace who treat us like "King & Queen" of a royal family every second. On our arrival all staff members joined and gave a warm welcome and we experienced Spa treatment by Mr. Benedict with absolute relaxation. On our first night stay at Palace Mr. Nalendran brought up with congratulation cake for our Marriage and then he taken us to visit the Tea Factory that enable us to encounter tea tasting. Then we met young talented Madu who has taken our photographs in the most creative way in every special moment at Westbury Palace. You can find some of his talents via photos uploaded :) Furthermore, we should say Chef and all kitchen staff served us with exceptional meals with organic food throughout our stay. Also we were provided with complementary High Tea. Thank you so much for the Westbury Palace Team for make us feel special on our stay, and the exceptional service you all provided. We wish you all the very best for the hotel and all of you, especially on new opening of Golden Ridge hotel. Hope to see you soon and take care

Reviewed By Victoria WFrom the friendly greeting on arrival we knew we had chosen well. We could not fault this place. Both the Ravees made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The design of the room and the forest setting with the pool was just idyllic. Rooms are spacious, with all the facilities you need and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great for a short walk or tuk tuk to lion rock, they also organised a jeep safari for us to the nearby elephant park and arranged a tuk tuk to take us early morning to Pidurangala with breakfast ready on our return. Food and drinks all excellent and served in a cool, sheltered dining area. The only downside was that they only had availability for one night so book early.

Reviewed By Jasper DSimply one of the best places to visit! Great accomodation, a warm welcome by the super friendly staff, nice rooms and good food. They will help you out with whatever you need and also to make you feel at home. It's fairly close to the train station and the owner will arrange a tuktuk or taxi if needed.

It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms were big and modern and the hotel grounds immaculately presented. Had a breathtaking view overlooking the lake grounds and it was beautiful sight every morning. Basically my fav was the view of Sigiriya and Pidurangala :) Staff is so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to go back

Located very close to Sigiriya Rock, my place is calm and quiet. We have rooms with garden and rock views, as well as a veranda for sitting. You can visit Lion rock in 15 minutes by foot, or take a bicycle/Tuk Tuk. You can choose fan or A/C room with flat screen TV, comfortable bed, and hot water showers. Breakfast is included, and we are happy to prepare a warm meal for you on request.

Reviewed By Tamanna FA very cozy place, perfectly silent from the outer world and surrounded by nature. If you are a nature lover, this place cannot be more perfect and spectacular than anything! You can enjoy the birds, squirrels, and monkeys all the time. The staffs are friendly and supportive. There is also a very good ayurvedic spa place not too far from this hotel to pamper yourself while you are on vacation. Highly recommended this place!
