Hotel Soft is located in the city center, near 26 May park with wonderfull lake and dolphinarium of Batumi. Hotel consist 11 comfortable rooms, five of them are apart rooms with kitchen. Most of rooms are family suit styles.
We booked it for one night and stayed four!

Good location, yammy restaurant 24/7 nearby, grocery shop around the corner. Amazing stay in amazing town. Highly recomended.

Reviewed By ulyasha13Rated 5 stars but there is no restaurant, no lobby, no luggage help. Terrace is not big enough to stand on. Very misleading pictures and description. Breakfast was very bad. Dried out oatmeal. Wilted carrots and cucumbers. The cake tasted like baking soda. Even bas coffee! The waitress was sitting in the room on the phone non stop with her sound at full volume. Jus plain bas everything.

Reviewed By ZamorskyС одной стороны - хорошее расположение, первая линия по соседству с Хилтоном. Одинаково близко и к старому, и к новому центру. Прекрасный вид из окон. Внизу фонтаны, игровая площадка... Всё новое (хотя и не всегда качественное, например не изолирующие от звуков двери и туго открывающиеся балконы). Возможность завтракать в Хилтоне со скидкой. Но очень неровный сервис. Чтобы убрали номер - нужно отдать ключи, а когда просто просишь убрать - тебе даже не говорят об этом, а просто тупо не убирают. И шумно на балконах с проспекта Руставели.

Reviewed By Lukasz8doszLocation is pretty good, within around 10 minutes walk to the main boulevard. In the area plenty of good restaurants and caffe's. Also the cash exchanges places. The rooms are big enough and have very comfortable beds. The breakfast was good as well, we also wanted to have an omlet which was not a standard and they made it for us. The staff were helpfull and kind. Definitely a nice place almost in the city centre.

Reviewed By Anulik1985Very hard to get to the place, but eventually you will get a very nice view. Beach in this area is very good. Hosts are very nice family. Initially we booked to stay for 6 nights but left the place after 2nd night. Rooms very minimally equipped, very simple style. No internet in our room. I had hard time sleeping because there was no air conditioning and the sounds from the nearby road wouldn't stop. I would definitely come back to this area but probably pick a better hotel.

Reviewed By W7909YL_Жить на море, при этом не думать об уборке, готовке еды - вам сюда. Мы приехали рано утром, Тенгиз встретил лично. Ну как все туристы мы начали разговор - регистрация, оплата. Тенгиз проводил нас в номер и сказал живите. Все потом..... мы немного растерялись и нам было немного странно, что нет ресепшен, нет контроля входа, выхода. Нас постепенно приучают жить под контролем. Здесь все иначе. Полное доверие - вы гость и вам все привелегии. Делай что хочешь, отдыхай, наслаждайся! Здесь всегда открыты двери, окна. Соседи говорят вам доброе утро, хоть и видят вас первый раз в жизни. Вид из окна прекрасен с любой стороны отеля. Будь как дома! Это главный девиз этого дома. Есть небольшие нюансы, так как гостиничный сервис еще не поразил мозг ательеров, нужно напоминать о смене полотенец и белья и уборке ?. Это не потому что им это не нужно - деликатность, просто не удобно вторгаться в ваше пространство.
