Reviewed By OksanaSteThe hotel has a good location - close to the Panteleymon park. We were impressed by the fruits, water and even coloring book with pensils for the kids. About the food- this is not a standard buffet, each time you should choose a specific dish from the menu. There is a diet menu option too. Warm indoor pool. As parents with kids we like a lot the availability of swings, trampoline and playgorund room. The view frpm winfow was cool, The staff is nice.

Hotel security worker is repelling
Reviewed By Adventure688948I will probably never know what this hotel really looks/feels like.. because the security guy outside the hotel was repelling and ignorant. I happened to stay in Rixos-Prykarpattya resort in Truskavets. My friends told me a lot about Mirotel! I was really curious and was truly planning on staying in Mirotel in the Summer 2022. Since I was so close to Mirotel, walking in the city center, along Shevchenko street, I thought I would stop by Mirotel, learn more about it in person, maybe have a meal in their restaurant that was highly recommended by friends. I and my partner walked to the driveway in front of the hotel entrance on December 8th, 2021 at around 2pm (14.00). I am a small size, non threatening looking female.. The security guy walked towards me and said: “I am listening”. I said in a friendly tone: “We are just walking, browsing and exploring”. The security guy said: “ You must not walk here, it’s a hotel property, if you don’t stay here you must leave”. I said: “What if I want to stay here at some point?”. He said: “When you stay here, then you will be welcome to use the hotel grounds” I said: “ Is it a private property, is there a sign saying that?” He said: “ Yes, the sign is right there!” He pointed at some sign that was completely covered by 2 inches of snow. I said: “ I can’t see what’s written here, will you be so kind to remove the snow”.. He removed the snow half way, I still couldn’t see the wording on it, he turned around and started walking away. I finished cleaning the sign myself. It was saying: “ Children’s playground is reserved for guests of the hotel only”.. I was trying to call the guy to read it together, he ran away saying (or pretending that he was saying) something on his radio.. Needless to say, I and my partner left without going inside the hotel. We were confused about the local rules and were very unsure we would like to keep this hotel on our “places to go” list. If the hotel administrator is reading this review: please, educate your staff, have clearly exposed signs around the hotel. You might be loosing guests. There are plenty of hotels in Ukraine that offer daily passes to use their spa, restaurants, so - approaching/entering/taking a photo of your hotel should not be a crime. The security personnel should be able to recognize a real threat.. Thank you for reading.

Excellent Boutique Hotel for it's price/quality
Reviewed By Alek_V-lrmI stayed in the Lux+ (room 35) for 5 nights and 3 nights in a Standart+ (room 53). The Lux+ room was was quite big and the furnishing was quite new, it had a LCD TV so we could connect our laptop to the TV to see our movies on the big screen during the nights. The Wifi speed was very good, 35 Mbps on average thanks to the optical-fibre. But the signal of the routers was a bit weak, so the owners should consider upgrading to Routers with ``AC Wifi´´ signal. There is not gym or bar in the hotel. All the staff was very friendly and professional, much better than in Konvalia (Truskavets) were I stayed 5 weeks before. All the procedures were available Monday-Sunday until 17:00. The massage therapist (Andriy) does a very good job, I was very suprised that he always had energy at 20:40, knowing that he works from Monday-Sunday 08:00-21:30, as a slave in my opinion. The hotel is located in the city centre, 800 meters (15 minutes, there are up and down roads) to the Buvet nº 1. The street and views from the balcony is not very nice, but I cannot complain because of it's excellent price and quality for the room and medical treatments. A supermarket (Kolibris) is 3 minutes walking from the hotel and Dionis Market (for good quality alcohol) is less than 2 minutes from the hotel. The Housekeeping staff does a excellent job keeping the hotel and rooms clean. Great for budget tourists.

On-site medical services such as basic doctor consultation and diagnostics included in price of your stay. Ultrasound, massage and other recreational therapy services cost extra(between approx. between £10-£20 for each). Most rooms have lake/forest view. The hotel benefits from huge own park and large lobby area. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. Furniture and beddings were dated. Matrasses were in poor condition. Our room wasn't cleaned regularly, no air-conditioners in standard rooms. Can be very boring especially in the evenings as animation/entertainment team almost non-existent. Although the food in the restaurant was decent, the premises weren't air-ventilated properly, bad smell from the restaurant entrance made us feel like eating in cheap canteen. This resort mainly caters for Eastern Europeans (main languages Ukr, Rus, Pol) and staff speaks very little or no English

Staff of hotel is very friendly , management is professional , food in restaurant is good and main thing is that hotel is very closed to main pumping room of mineral waters , spring 1 As I am there mainly for drinking of mineral water , for me this hotel is most suitable . In past I stayed in 5 stars hotels in Truskavets and don't see any difference in service and comfort. Hotel has own SPA and also sauna and small pool ( 5 x10 meter )

Reviewed By 8orisRynA cosy and calm hotel with excellent service and marvellous crew. There are also a decent amount of SPA procedures and springs of mineral water which is good for health. Location is surrounded by mountains which are quite amazing. Never thought something like that exists in Ukraine. Lots of traditional food in hotel's restaurant Definitely recommend.

Reviewed By YarynaFVery clean, refined, everything is at the highest level. Very polite and attentive staff. Large and very beautiful area. There are many options to have a good day - spa area, gym, bicycles, golf, equestrian sports, several restaurants. Special thanks to golf coach Mykhailo Oliyar, who is very attentive and professional. Very delicious breakfasts are included with different options. And it was extremely nice to receive as a compliment in the room champagne with snacks and sweets. The only wish is to make more areas outside where you can drink coffee or wine and enjoy nature, as there is only one table outside, which is served from the restaurant.

В готелі знаходиться медичний центр де консультація терапевта є безкоштовною. Компетентні лікарі. На території готелю є декілька басейнів, гірки. Всі басейни у разі потреби підігріваються. Приємно здивував персонал, коли була потрібна допомога старшій людині розібратись у переміщені готелем. Алкоголь у вартість харчування не входить і знаходиться на території барів, морозиво знайшли також окремо. Також можна скористатись спортзалом, фітнес інструктором. Сподобались вправи з фітнес інструктором у басейні. Great family vacation. My older parents were with us. The hotel is fully equipped for people with disabilities. The hotel has a medical center where consultation with a therapist is free. Competent doctors. The hotel has several swimming pools, slides. All pools are heated if necessary. The staff was pleasantly surprised when they needed the help of an older person to sort out the hotel. Alcohol is not included in the price of food and is in the bars, ice cream is also found separately. You can also use the gym, fitness instructor. I liked the exercises with a fitness instructor in the pool.

Great relaxed stay surrounded by wonderful nature
Reviewed By olesya_o80kMe and my family liked the hotel a lot. The options for the breakfast were great - everybody could choose what they liked and as much as they liked. For dinner we also went to the local restaurant, and the food was very good as well. The first evening we waited for our dinner for some decent time, and then later we just ordered during the day and indicated the time in the evening when we wanted to have it (some tip for you), and then all was in time. Swimming pool and sauna were also nice and not too crowded since people have to sign up for the specific time slot. I would only make a ladder to the swimming pool more stable. Now when you are on it - it is very shaky and it feels it can break any moment. It was very convenient to have the spot where you could drink mineral water. I also very much liked the doctor (she said she was new in TAOR), who was very friendly and gave a good advice. The whole area of the hotel is also very nice - surrounded by nature, next to the river. The air was fresh and the mountain view from our house was just wonderful. In general I would recommend this hotel to people who want to relax, enjoy nature, good food and be on your own. Speaking about less nice things - yes, the last several kilometres to the hotel are not very nice to drive. The road is in the making, so hopefully later this year the situation will improve. The cleaning ladies came to early to my understanding and there was one day that they did not come later, because we were still in the house when they came and we asked them to come later... Maybe it was just some misunderstanding. We did not really like the carpet in the house. For people with allergies it is not very nice, plus it gets dirty very easy. It would be much nicer to have some wooden floor that is easy to clean. It would be also nice to have more signs in the English language in the hotel area. Maybe the hotel is not targeting foreign tourists yet, but still it would be nice to have the signs - just in case such tourists come. At first I really liked the aroma that the reception had, but later, after I sat there for some time - it felt quite intense. It feels like you can get sick from it if you are in that area the whole day... Maybe it is better to put less perfumes there (again - also for people with allergies who come).

Maybe it's time for the chef to step down after 4 years of loyalty, we have decided not to stay there anymore.....
