Reviewed By charlesfoxtrotThe hotel was easy to find and there were plenty of ammenities with in walking distance. Front desk staff were pleasent and check in went well. There were a few cosmetic things that could be done to improve the room. Our room had a small bit of paint peeling on the ceiling and there seemed to be a bit of mould out side the tub up on the ceiling. Otherwise it was comfortable and clean. We had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple - Covid rules were inforced. Pick up what to wanted and go.

Available all year round. MOTEL amenities: Motel rooms are 1 and 2 bed, include microwave and in-room coffee. Free Wifi COTTAGES amenities: All cottages are on a sheltered bay on Lake Nipissing, with access to a safe,sandy beach . The sunsets are amazing. Cottages have stove, microwave, fridge, cable TV Private sandy beach 1-2-3 bedroom facilities. Safe beach and lots of relaxation. We are also pet friendly. Under new management. Come stay with us and relax.
Only stopped for some sleep on a long drive, wish I could have stayed longer.

We stayed in the motel portion, very affordable; in fact I would say suspiciously cheap compared to other places I've stayed on this trip based on how beautiful the property is. Woke up to a beautiful lake front view to gawk at while having morning coffee, definitely going to make a point of staying here on the return trip.

not bad overall
Reviewed By dirwin1999stayed a couple nights while visiting family and it wasnt bad. Beds were clean and it was nice and quiet, however there was a faint cigarette smell in the room but i got noseblind to it after a while. Overall not perfect and not fancy but not a bad place to stay at.

Reviewed By shelleysV176TWWell i have been here off an on all of Sept. Iv been in 3 different rooms and they are roomy, clean and cozy feeling. i loved that the 2 rooms had amazing soaker tubs. Im a PSW so there was times i was dead tired came home and just relaxed, the owners are very friendly and easy to talk with. As i was here for work they gave me a break on my rooms and me in return looked after my room. i know i didnt have too. If I needed extra towels not at problem. the housekeeping was really prompt. If your not looking for fancy just a nice rest stop this is the place to be. Between you and me book room 8 or 2 those tubs were awesome. Unfortunately not pet friendly, and im sad to say ill miss staying here as i found a rental house. No there wasnt breakfast but a nice restaurant up the road or take the drive into North Bay. it was great for me, i bought food and drinks and ate microwaved dinners and salad and chicken wraps. RV Camping was good
Reviewed By Jim BThe motel may not be getting great reviews, but the RV site we had was very nice. Level grass/dirt site, spacious, shade, 30-amp service, water and on-site sewer hook-up. The site had cable TV but you had to rent a cable box, definitely a 70's thing! The pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. They also have a decent laundry room. The people checking in ahead of me were upset at no fires, but again, it didn't concern us. At $45 a night, no complaints so far.

Its well equipped with appliances (MW,fridge, coffee, sat TV) The Hot water in the shower is ample. The beds were quite firm and the carpet is well past its best before date. Though its next to the highway, it is quite quiet and it offers a good jump-off spot if you are heading north

This place is a dump
Reviewed By Paul STheead bare carpets on stairwells. Dirty sidewalks outside the ground floor rooms. Room smells. TV snowy. $160 taxes in. I remember when quality inn WAS quality. ( stupid me, returned here bu mistake and same issues two years ago). And still serving "grab and go" breakfast. Owners must have figured covid helped them save $$$ and kept this up. Never again. Go elsewherr

Reviewed By Sherpa453582They have charged me for a safety deposit and was promised a return. It has been a week ,I been calling back for the deposit. The TV was broken ... The place had a sense of extreme violence the buildings are not sound proof and you can hear fighting all night
