Reviewed By TripswayerLocation : 24km from Ryotsu Ferry Terminal, can only be accessible by car, or indirect bus (1 transfer) and bus only runs every 2 hour, if you miss once, a.k.a you miss a morning. In my case i cycled there with overnight bicycle rental ( 2000yen) since its too far to return in 1 day. Then its pretty much 15-30 km away from attraction. It has seaview , from afar, it is Not seaside, it is on the hill looking down to a highway and the sea. Facilities and cleaness: good, japanese standard Service: the owner is ok, but she does not speak english much, when i emailed snd ask ger how to go from ferry terminal to the hotel, she ask me to ask others,never mentioned the complications of the bus service there. And surprisingly enough, her follow-up emailS were to convince me to order dinner and breakfast there, dinner at 2000 yen, quite expensive compared to the price there. i didnt explore the island since i only planned gor 1 night stay and did not have appropriate trabsport to go around.

Better than expected stay @ Kutsurogian

Thank you very much Mr Kuwa & team for trying your best to communicate with us using Google translate, sending us out for skiing, shopping or meals. We enjoyed the onsen baths, the delicious breakfast as well as the impressive dinner at the comfort of our room. The stay @ Kutsurogian is definitely the highlight of our 11 days trip in Japan! Wish you all @ Kutsurogian a prosperous & fulfilling 2018! Thank you once again, Bruce, Carol, Dyllis and Evan (27th Dec - 30th Dec 2017)

Reviewed By yusta2016部屋は、和室で布団です。 トイレもついていますし、お風呂は、部屋にもありますが、1階に浴場があり、ゆっくり入ることが出来ます。 食事は、朝食付だと6階のレストランで食べられます。眺望もなかなかいいです。 夕食は、近隣に居酒屋さんが、結構あるので、状況に応じて選べると思います。

新しめの宿
Reviewed By imsei苗場スキー場に遊びにいった時に泊まりました。施設は周りの宿と比べると新しめので、泊まり心地がとっても良かったです。食事は並みですが、スキー場に歩いていけるほど近かったので便利でした。提携レンタル屋さんまでにはちょっと距離があるのですが、返却の時は送迎のご主人が手伝っていただいてスムーズでした。

Wonderful stay in beautiful Niigata
Reviewed By Hannah BWe stayed at Wafu Inn to attend the 2018 Echigo-Tsumari Art Field festival.This beautifully kept family-owned inn is one of a kind and very welcoming to locals and foreigners alike. We are visiting Japan from Australia. One of us speaks good Japanese, the other two barely any. Nevertheless we all felt equally welcomed and comfortable. The owners even took a photo with us and waved us off when we left! A big plus staying here is the food!! ! The owners'son is the resident chef and consistently turns out perfect, complex and delicious meals using local produce. The staff explain each dish and where the produce was grown. I can't speak highly enough of this beautiful inn in picturesque Niigata ♥

Reviewed By 師史 上スノーボードのバスツアーでお邪魔させて頂きました。 民宿おまかせプランでたまたまはるみ荘だったのですが、こんなに満足したのは初めて！ お料理も魚のお造りから肉料理までボリューム満点で、中でも豚汁は絶品でした(´▽`) そしてなんといってもマスターや奥さんをはじめ、民宿の方達が温かい！！ 話に夢中になり、最高の時間を過ごすことができました。 あげもちやコーヒーをご馳走下さり、帰りの際はりんごまで頂いてしまいました。 温かいお心遣いに終始感動でしっぱなしでした。 愛犬もこちゃんもとってもかわいい！！ 来年もまた来てね^^と言って下さり、是非伺わせて頂きたいと思います。 心がホッコリする温かいお宿です♫

非常傳統的日式民宿
Reviewed By yungshengt2017搭南越觀光巴士到浅貝下，下車後走路約5分鐘，非常傳統的日式房間，老闆娘人很和善，有任何需要都可以詢問 走路5分鐘內可以金六租雪具，附近有一些餐廳跟便利商店(晚上8點打烊)

Reviewed By emio737佐渡は2回目で、赤泊の花火に合わせて行きました。前回ほとんど観光はしていたので、今回はのんびり過ごすために、二階屋さんを選びました。 全体的に昭和の匂いがして、またどこかジブリ作品に出てきそうな雰囲気で、とても居心地が良かったです。 食事は種類も多く、手作り感満載で食べきれないほどです。 佐渡では有名な「北雪酒造」も近く徒歩で行かれるので酒蔵見学など楽しめます。
