Nice Hausa Hospitality

Reviewed By chikao523The hotel is located in a very serene environment. The bed is very comfy. It is a very clean hotel and the staff are very professional. The food is also very tasty. I didn’t use the swimming pool but it’s well take care of. I will surely stay here again.

At NAF Club we have 52 tastefully furnished rooms of various categories and a very attractive 10% discount on room rates. Also enjoy great party at our Nite club.
The facility and its structures is old and its showing

The tvs are old and most of the electrical switch is worn out, this is apart from the bar and the restaurant. So we only ate at the restaurant which made good food and then we shop for another hotel to sleep.

Ridiculous Policy
Reviewed By Linda MSo I went with my sister because of the proximity of the hotel to a friend's house. We had just came in for a funeral and needed to leave the next day, after showing us the rooms, which btw had dead roaches in them, they said we had to stay in separate rooms because we were of the same sex. What's annoying is they wanted us to pay for extra rooms and disguised it with a lousy policy.

Reviewed By Dr Kabir AI thoroughly enjoyed the one night I spent at Emerald Suites. A sparkling clean environment, very friendly and courteous staff, fresh and refreshing ambience. The standard of food is very high and the chef can at a short notice prepare a meal to suit the customer’s needs. The two downsides are it is a long walk away from the shopping area. The wifi though free is not very efficient and needs to be fixed. The hotels can benefit by having current information on rail and air travels and a round the clock car hire system. On the whole the hotel is without doubt classy, clean and comfortable and I strongly recommend it to visitors to Kaduna

This place is good
Reviewed By KSSManagementI was here in 2014, good place with good location, fine finishing of the toilets and bathroom, the bedsheets are sandy. I dont know how long they change it but wooow... its !!! The food is okay considering the place. They actually have good prizes for their rooms, thats why i didnt even coomplain. Overall i will still visit them again any time i go to that location. This review is for 4 years ago, am sure they must have upgraded....afterall the business is all about upgrading.

Reviewed By Joy AThe guest house was undergoing renovation when I stayed there so you can pretty much guess that everything was sort of terrible. Its just next to a bar so there was a lot of noise and the hotel's lounge makes a lot of people who were not sleeping there to have access to the hotel. There was no warm water and the weather was cold. Not secure one bit. Well its a guest house so, do not really expect anything.

Reviewed By 282nicktHonestly, it’s one of the worst hotel I have stayed!! For a room we are paying near $100, it’s rubbish! The reviews I believe are fake! The pool is more like a pond. The room is really run down. We got a room that the blanket is not wash and yellow! The bedsheet has a stanch like it has not wash for days! The bathroom has no light, floor met, and shower head is faulty! The phone is like it has not clean in decades! There are big holes on the wall!! Everything is falling apart! The breakfast is only for 1 person, it is crappy and expensive! Service is so so. Do NOT ever bother staying there.
