Reviewed By Lee MThis hotel is within a 10 Minute very leisurely stroll into the centre and although on a main road our room overlooking the courtyard garden was exceedingly quiet. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had the best power shower and always plenty of hot water. It had a mini fridge including corkscrew and bottle opener. We had requested a kettle and two cups which were ready and waiting for our arrival, as I always have to start the day with a ‘builders’ mug of tea. The wi-fi was excellent and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. We slept very well as the beds were so comfy. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we return to Ulm.

Let’s go south. To the beautiful Baden-Württemberg to Ulm, at the river Danube. From the Ulm cathedral Münster you can even see the Alps on crystal clear days. What a view! And not far from the famous medieval cathedral, in a superb central location opposite the main railway station close to the Sedelhöfe at Bahnhofplatz 7, the me and all hotel ulm with 147 double rooms on a total of 8 floors will be ready for you soon. The me and all lounge will be located at the top floor ♥ with a rooftop bar, roof terrace, fitness zone, chill-out area and co-working areas. From the lounge you will have a great view over the city. This is going to be awesome ♥
Fantastic modern hotel
Reviewed By 398grahamaFantastic hotel, met with a smile and great service. The hotel is really modern and trendy with top quality fixtures and fittings. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need including mini bar with free soft drinks. The bar is great with superb food top using and fantastic staff. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Ulm. Railway station across the road and the tram is straight outside the front door. Cathedral and city centre all within a few minutes walk.

Great Patio Overlooking Manmade Lake For Sunset Drinks
Reviewed By Jim WOkay, so that title is filled with adjectives! Nonetheless, my wife and I visited here after talking a long walk through the amazing park along the Danube. While we did not stay overnight here, the interior is quite elegant and the outside dining area is gorgeous. We used it to enjoy two glasses of champagne on a sunny afternoon before the sky broke forth in a down pour. It was then time to move inside, which we did. We looked at the menu as it was nearing dinner time, but we had our stomachs craving Thai. All in all, a fun place to relax, enjoy, imbibe, and slow down the pace of life.

Top location and a great looking hotel, but work needed
Reviewed By colinm911This hotel is in a great location and all of the main sights are within walking distance. Before going into detail, I would definately stay here again if I visited Ulm. On arrival we were fortunate enough to be able to use a parking permit to park on the street and hotel parking is also available for a small cost. From the outside the hotel is beautiful, like most of the buildings in this Quarter. We stayed in the "Reblaus" Building, which is part of the hotel complex. On enetring ths building you take a step back in time and upon entering the room we were left open mouthed (in a pleasant way) with how it looked. Although the views out of the windows weren't great the room itself more than made up for this, however.... We opened the door to the small balcony to be greeted by an ashtray full of used cigarettes (the hotel prides itself on being a no smoking hotel and guests are made aware (on signs) that they can only smoke at the front entrance (why do they provide an ashtray on the balcony?). Once we settled down we realised than the room was in some urgent need of some love and attention with broken tiles in the bathroom, sockets hanging off the walls, handles on the shower not correctly fitted and most of all the sofa is looking really shabby (see photos) One other negative was the lack of hand sanatizer in Haus Reblaus Allthough on close inspection the room needs a bit of attention this doesn't outweigh the positives which this hotel has to offer and we will definately spend our next visit to Ulm in this well priced hotel.

Reviewed By Jean MBrand new and quite impersonal but ideally located, literally steps from the cathedral and the townhouse. Front desk variable in helpfulness. Nice small sauna but a pity that the gym is in the same room, leaving very little spa to relax. No parking but public parking very close. Try not to have a room over the road, although they are well soundproofed, you hear the cars. Overall excellent for the price and very convenient.

Reviewed By davebS4345BKRoom was basic and mattress ok. Pillow was of no use whatsoever. Nothing in it and only one. Very inconsiderate delivery driver parked his lorry outside our window with fridge running at 6am. You can turn the fridge off when making deliveries! Restaurant was ridiculous. Waited 30 minutes for someone to take drinks order when not particularly busy. When we asked staff to take order, we were just ignored. Several times this happened. This continued though out the night. Got the impression they didn’t like people from the UK as the locals were getting prompt service. Should have gone to Burger King next door. Wouldn’t recommend

Pssssst.... a must stay place if you are visiting Ulm...
Reviewed By jorgeseu... if you come by car parked in the best quarter of the Fischer garage ... from there you are in two minutes on foot already at the hotel ... you have more luggage you can also drive to the hotel. .. the hotel is already a force .. the owners very friendly .. since I came a little later, I got an apartment around the corner ... with the name "Above the rooftops of Ulm" ... a dream ... just great ... big ... modern ... clean .. and sure for a longer stay a force ... which unfortunately bothers me .. is the water noise what you hear everywhere ... I fell asleep with earplugs ... free fast internet ... and a very large tv ... here on the third floor there is no elevator .. so nothing for people with disabilities ... the breakfast is then in the main building .. which blow me away has .. what a decor .. modern and old combined with a great view ... very large selection and you get a fresh egg too prepares ... all in all a great stay and many thanks for that!

Spartan, but good for a night

Very spartan, but if you don't mind just somewhere to lay your head that's close to the city center (5 mins walk or less), then this hotel fits the bill. Some free street-parking a block away, but can be hard to find a spot. Interestingly, during my stay none of the key cards were working. The Staff had to come open our door every time we wanted in our room. Inconvenient, sure, but the Staff cheerfully did their job and so I didn't complain. Kudos to them
