The health resort Tskaltubo is famous for its mineral springs of warm Radon waters (natural temperature 35 -35 degrees). Since the 1940s the resort has been very popular throughout the Soviet Union for its healing properties. In the picturesque place of Tskaltubo, there was the resort of the Ministry of Defense of the Soviet Union, which is located on 16 hectares with the beautiful wood and historical buildings where Stalin used to spent his vacations. A 4- star complex of “Legends Tskaltubo Spa Resort” with 137 rooms was opened in July 2011. The rooms are entirely reconstructed, repaired and offer the guests different kinds of facilities. Also, the hotel offers the guests individual or group transfers from the Airport or Railway Station of the towns of Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi.

Also the pool can be used by locals, so on weekend you will not find A place to seat or swim! Forget about Social covid distance, and they are not checked in any way. Although The atmosphere itself in The hotel building is nice, a lot od equipment is not working ( hair dryer out od order, bath tube Has no plug, balkony Window didtn close properly , doors slamming, just to name a few). Personel young nad highly unprofessional, poor English, food mediocre. So instead of sleeping here just pop in for short visit nad walk arround this quite charming place

perfect transit stay!
Reviewed By jazsacherWe stayed here briefly for 1 night in transit to our next stop on our tour of Georgia. I found this to be a perfect hotel experience for the price and conditions. This is an impressively large and sprawling hotel with a vast size property including a giant pool and stadium. The room itself was perfectly sized with excellent wifi and acceptable bathroom facility. Overall, I can't say anything critical about this place. And would have no issue staying here longer if required.

One of the best places to visit
Reviewed By Kristine612One of the best places to visit. This place shows you soviet era. The hotel is preserved as it was during SovieT times and it is great. I am not saying that it is super comfortable but it is so interesting that you just do not pay attention to tiny things. They have great pool and very friendly staff. Also, there are so many interesting places to visit nearby caves, abandoned Soviet Sanatoriums that are magnificent.

Cosy, clean, friendly, good location

It's small, very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and hospitable, they even were waiting for us when we were late to dinner, the food is healthy and the portions are big. The location is also good - only 5 minutes walk from the SPA centre. The only small issue is that you need to wait a bit till water gets warm in the shower. We definitely recommend this place and looking forward to come back here again in a warmer season.

Reviewed By elenoshka78Останавливались на ночь. Апартаменты в старом полностью отреставрированном доме. Очень качественный ремонт. Все чисто, аккуратно. Очень больной холл, огромный санузел. Три полноценные спальни с двуспальными кроватями. Очень комфортно и чисто. Приятные доброжелательные хозяева, которые живут там же на первом этаже. Хотелось остаться ещё))
