Great Vacation
Reviewed By Dani TArapya Sun Resort is a very nice place to stay if you are looking for a vacation. It is quiet and far from all the noise on the Black Seas. There are restaurants nearby and the beaches are just 1-2 miles away. The beach in front of the hotel is not good, rocky and I would not recommend it but there are very nice ones very close. This is a great place for family vacation. We had the VIP apartment with absolutely amazing view.

In Tzarevo - city, located on two peninsulas, including a closed lovely little bay, next to the beach, just 65 km south of Bourgas, at the foot of the Strandja Mountain - this is the newest and charming complex "Hermes". It is not by accident that Tzarevo was chosen by Hermes to make it his wharf. A long time ago here was located Vasiliko, an old Greek colony. Hermes was Messenger of the Gods, the God of boundaries and Travellers who cross them. The unique natualfear of protected areas -in the largest natural park Strandja, near the oldest Reserve Silkosiya and all that - still pristine, wild, untouched...And when spring shade in summer and the sun begins to tempt us to invite the sea - come with us and leave to be touched by the Messenger of Gods "Hermes", leave to be ankles and care and to spend an unforgettable vacation. Because you do need exactly this....Because you have been planning for a long time to come here or just have decided that this is the place for your vacation. "Hermes" - whoever has come, they always return!

Reviewed By judisekI visited the Hermes Alexandria Hotel at the beginning of August 2018. Daring to call myself quite an experienced traveller, I call it definitely the worst service I have ever seen, especially considering he price of the stay. Very unfriendly an incompetent service, that was f.e. not capable of accommodating our group of cca 35 children all in one building, although this was discussed and promised more than half a year in advance. Instead, the children were put into different buildings, which lead to huge organization issue for the adults of our group. The kids were also very badly treated and shouted on by the staff, after some of the smallest ones accidentally lost their keys, which surely wouldn’t have happened if the staff behaved as promised and the children were not split all over the complex. Some of the kids were also served alcohol on the bars, although they wore bracelets indicating being underaged and they themselves even asked the bartenders not to put alcohol in their drinks!!! The expensive ULTRA All Inclusive programme would indicate, as of the name (and price), as fully inclusive stay as possible. Unfortunately it showed up you are meant to pay for about half of the alcohol drinks, at one of the bars even for ALL OF THEM after 11 pm. The “all inclusive” food offer in between the meals consisted of one kind of pizza being served at one of the bars and a couple of pre-made sandwiches+some fruit served around 10pm. That was it. The meals themselves were not bad, but considering the price I would expect much bigger variety of choices. Unfortunately, after eating exclusively in Hermes Hotel, some members of our group suffered from a very unpleasant digestion infection, which, in my case, was lasting for almost another month. The “cherry on the top” is definitely a very poor, stupid and meaningless animation programme... I definitely do not reccommend a stay in this hotel!

Pizza, pasta, risotto, steak, meat (beef, chicken, duck, pork, lamb), seafood (paella, black sea fish, Mediterranean seafood and fish, lobsters, shrimp and etc.), vegetarian food, health food and etc. A la carte menu, breakfast menu, lunch menu......... Wine menu and amazing cocktails... It is obligatory to visit this restaurant with incredibly beautiful view !!!

Good food but cheerless service

The only downside was the glum attitude of the waitress, she wasn't rude but it was close! Having said that the food was good and reasonably priced. We didn't stay in the hotel so can't rate that

Reviewed By AddaBardosWe never stayed at Dara but each day we went to buy homemade cookies. You can find raw cakes or with sugar and eggs, the price is very good. They are so good and well made, especially the chocolate cakes. You must try them!

Wir haben unser Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Wir haben bei unseren Bekannten auch die Appartments gesehen. Diese sind sehr nett eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Reviewed By Tina GTui changed our booking to this hotel, it was remote location, you had to get taxi into nearest village which was tiny, hotel staff advised not safe to walk outside after sunset, pool was freezing cold, entertainment was very poor on the evening, food was very unappealing, it was always cold, watery with grease sitting on top, alcohol didn't taste right. Room was clean but air conditioning was set to 19 degrees, complained to tui reps whilst there 2 times was a waste of time, paid for an excursion to the castle that was not good even the tour guide jumped out the minibus on the way back, got home and within 3 days my husband was rushed into hospital with legionnaires disease, where he is still there now. Wouldn't recommend ,no support from tui whilst there and non when we got back and flights was delayed both ways as well

Reviewed By HURTOWNIA BPensjonat położony przy samy zejściu na plażę. Nowe pokoje, przestronne i przyjemne. Dobre wyposażenie, chociaż brakowało sztućców i talerzy(podobno tylko w tym pokoju nie było-dziwne wytłumaczenie). Czysto, ale był problem z wynoszeniem śmieci z pokoju-robiliśmy to sami. Największa zaleta to bliskość bardzo fajnej plaży 50m od obiektu.
